Pros:

Zentrale Lage, moderne Ausstattung. Direkt im Nebenlokal inkludiertes sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße. Die Fenster sind nicht ganz schallisolierend, das heißt wochenends sehr laute Party-Musik aus der gegenüberliegenden Disco (bis ca 2 Uhr in der Früh).

Ein grossartiger Service, ein sehr schöne Zeit gehabt
Pros:

Die Rezeption war Mega freundlich hilfsbereit, wir durften 4 Stunden früher gratis einchecken, vielen herzlichen dank dafür, das Frühstück genau Mega lecker und gesund, einfach 1. Klasse 👍🏻

Cons:

I have booked a room with a parking space included, I've contacted the hotel on the day of the arrival and they confirmed the parking spot witch I agreed to pay separately but when I arrived they told me the parking space is not available. I had to park in the city parking garage thus it was more expensive.

Alojamiento cómodo y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y hotel muy bien ubicado. Desayuno fantástico, dado que era en la cafeteria de la planta baja.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso era por escaleras, no a pie llano, si se tienen problemas de movilidad.

Perfect for City breaks
Pros:

The location is perfect for a fun city break in Novi Sad.
The hotel personnel and management is very flexible and understanding with the guests ( we had to reschedule our trip and they found a solution for us) - really big thank you.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was offered in a location at the ground floor and 10% discount on 3 selected restaurants was offered.
Bottomline- recommended - we will return for sure

Pros:

Location is very convenient - in the close proximity to the city center. Room is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

Need to consider that city center may mean music in the streets during the night - sleep may be disturbed; it's not this hotel fault and it was for single night, but you need to keep this in mind. Beds and pillows are not very convenient. Breakfast options are pretty limited - breakfast is provided in the restaurant in the same building
