Un établissement absolument exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo.
Nous souhaitons particulièrement souligner la propreté irréprochable des chambres, entretenues chaque jour avec un soin remarquable, ainsi que la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et l’attention de l’ensemble du personnel.
Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien, avec beaucoup d’élégance et de bienveillance. Un immense merci à toutes les équipes qui contribuent à faire de cet hôtel un lieu aussi exceptionnel.
Le service est exceptionnel! Pour avoir fait de nombreux établissements haut de gamme dans le monde, nous pouvons sans doute dire qu’il s’agit d’un sans faute. Vous êtes extrêmement bien accueilli, tout est pensé pour le confort et le personnel est chaleureux. L’hôtel est magnifique, bien placé, et les chambres sont confortables! Nous reviendrons!

The service provided was exceptional - Roy at the door greeted us and shared all the details necessary - Marcus at the bar makes a great Negroni - Maridom our waitress was delightful while Keisha our concierge provided a wonderful tour guide - to the Canal!
This is hands down the best hotel service I have experienced. They give you Ritz Carlton level service and cater to ensuring your trip is wonderful.

Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo is located in Casco Viejo and on the water. The atmosphere is relaxed and all the staff are friendly and very professional. My hats off to the ladies and gentlemen that stay outside and are continually opening the doors for the patrons. Rooms are very clean and very relaxing for a little break from all the walking that you will be doing. Since this was a mini vacation the Value was well worth it. I used the Concierge service for private transfer from and to the airport. Prices are not bad and very professional with alot of knowledge. I also used the fast track VIP for security at the airport and that is well worth it, especially for time and I won't argue with the price. There is a nice gym with equipment for lifting and cardio. Right outside the gym is the pool area. All the restaurants are worth trying especially with all the variety. Understand this is a 5 Star Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking to walk around Casco Viejo and just enjoy la historia, cultura, and la gente de Panama.
