Très belle expérience dans un lieu plein de charme !
Pros:

Hôtel majestueux situé dans le quartier de la vieille ville, juste devant la mer. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour se balader à toutes heures dans le quartier de Casco Viejo, classé au Patrimoine de l'Unesco. La chambre attribuée est grande et magnifique, en particulier la salle de bains comprenant douche et baignoire. La literie est d'un confort inégalé, parfait pour se remettre rapidement du décalage horaire. Très belle piscine devant la mer. L'hôtel est plein de charme avec un service extraordinaire de l'ensemble des employés, tous plus gentils les uns que les autres, mais en particulier à la réception. Un endroit hors du temps qui donne envie de revenir très vite. Nous vous remercions pour l'Upgrade et sommes tombés sous le charme en espérant avoir l'occasion de revenir ! Merci pour ce très beau séjour !

We re-visited Panama , just for this hotel stay
Pros:

We came back again, not only to see beautiful Old Town, but specifically to stay at this hotel. EXCEPTIONAL service !!!
The entire experience from when you arrive to checking out is perfect. We travel monthly, and this hotel is run like clockwork. It's perfect in all areas of service

A perfect splurge at the end of our 1-month journey
Pros:

This is one beautiful hotel, elegant and classy and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. The housekeeping even came in during our first day to replace towels and put little slippers and chocolates in our room. The room is generously sized, super cozy with a little sitting area, a balcony, view onto the ocean and bridge and a very generous bathroom with double sink, huge shower and a clawfoot tub. We really enjoyed the pool area where there was shade and sun umbrellas to be found along with wonderful service by the pool.

Cons:

They have a special menu for your included breakfast with a few options. They pre-cut the fruit, so they were always dried out when served. We had been traveling for a month in Colombia and Panama and had gotten a bit spoiled every morning with fresh fruit.

A must when in Panama
Pros:

Hands down one of our favorite hotels! Luxurious rooms, great food and rooftop bar, with servers TEO and Wendy providing excellent service. It’s very welcoming when staff remembers your visits!!
Even if you don’t stay, visit to eat and drink!!

Pros:

Excellent location, impeccable architecture, attentive staff at all times, excellent breakfast, great restaurant and bar options within the hotel itself, wonderful leisure areas, a great pool, and an extremely well-decorated and comfortable room.

Cons:

The gym is good, but it could be a little better.

A perfect five star hotel and service.

This hotel is definitely going to be in the top 5 hotels I've been to.

The hotel was really nicely decorated by the sea and there were good restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar was really amazing with secret surprises. Perfect view directly towards the skyscrapers of Panama.

But the best thing about the hotel was not the surroundings, but the people. Excellent service all the way. Special thanks to Concierge Luisa. She was always to top of things and took excellent care of us. A really wonderful person!

I will remember this hotel for the rest of my life.
