Perfetta per brevi soggiorni a due passi da tutto
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, sei a due passi da tutto. Comodissima anche la struttura convenzionata in spiaggia con i lettini. La struttura è moderna e molto carina.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’ultima notte nella camera accanto c’erano ragazze che facevano molto rumore e si sentiva parecchio, essendo la parete dietro al letto.
Inoltre la questione pulizia camera, secondo noi sarebbe più opportuno procedere ogni giorno e non ogni due, perché l’ambiente comunque è piccolo e si sporca molto…

Man benötigt keinen Schlüssel!
Zugang zum Eingang und Zimmer per PIN Code - insbesondere wenn man direkt in Badekleidung nur mit Handtuch an den Strand geht

Leise angenehme Klimaanlage
Alles bestens - sehr zu empfehlen insbesondere für deutsche Gäste - es ‘passt’ einfach:-))

Ideal location for visiting Miami South beach especially if you’re catching a cruise as it’s close to the ports.

Location was amazing 5 min walk from the beach. Restaurants and bars.
Very clean has everything you need.

-Chambre très mal insonorisée, extérieur + bruits des pas des chambres au dessus et couloir.
-Lumière extérieure face à la fenêtre et store insuffisant, chambre très illuminée la nuit.
-Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche

Przebywalismy prawie miesiąc, z mężem , przełom marca i kwietnia 2026
Czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie, nie było żadnych problemów, mogłoby być taniej dla takich długich pobytów, ale niestety policzone normalnie
