Lo único bueno es la ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y muy estratégica. Está cerca de varios puntos de interés, por lo que es muy práctico para moverse por la ciudad.

Cons:

El ruido fue el mayor problema. Los huéspedes hacían muchísimo ruido durante toda la noche y nadie del hotel parecía controlar la situación. Además, el sonido entra fácilmente a las habitaciones, por lo que descansar fue muy difícil. La cama es muy pequeña para dos personas y las almohadas son incómodas. Considerando el precio, esperaba mucho más. Personalmente, creo que hay opciones con mejor relación calidad-precio y recomendaría buscar otro hotel.

Great location by the beach. They offer free towel and sunbed. Very comfortable bed too.

The walls are very thin and we could hear everything the neighbours did.

Pros:

Facility in a good location.

Cons:

Shower had poor pressure and shower drain was clogged up with hair and body fat. We had to clean this out so shower could drain properly. More attention needs to be given to housekeeping.

No soundproof rooms to be expected / good location
Pros:

Small hotel, not the biggest rooms but enough to sleep comfortably.

Cons:

Out of three nights, first one was a bit noisy but ok, the second was a terrible one with drunk people shouting in the corridors that woke us up every 1.5/2 hrs. Soundproof rooms are not part of the deal, as well as real professional staff that offered anything in return of the bother (they replied to our text around 8hrs after being solicited saying that the next night they would try to avoid it)

Pros:

The place is lovely, it is very clean and comfortable, the staff were realy kind and supportive and the location is great. I would definitely chose this place again if coming back to Miami beach.

Cons:

There was some smell of mold and the windows do not open, but everything else was great.
