For staying close the RVA's 'fan' and museum district, this is an excellent location.
Pros:

Nice layout of the rooms, very clean throughout the hotel, fitness room well above average for this type of hotel, excellent fresh cooked breakfast options.

Cons:

Very limited parking next to the facility with extremely narrow spots. Overflow parking is across the street, not a bad option, just a little inconvenient.

Overall a good place to stay overnight for seeing local (VMFA) sites. I would stay there again.
Pros:

I like the location (Very close to the VMFA building complex. I liked my room with the corner view. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get to the VMFA building & places around the Hotel.

Cons:

I wish there were more local places to eat around the hotel. it seemed kinda "Out there" in a neighborhood with out much in the way of local eateries. Also, the male Concierge was very friendly and helpful, I but couldn't see his name tag due to his, long locks over the name tag. I suggest he move it to the other side.

I prepaid at booking however the front desk double charged me and promise to refund at check out， I double checked several days during the stays but continue get no authority to make a change feedback.
I currently still havent get my money back.

Cons:

They stole 440 dollars the people that work there are vary unprofessional and not nice they told me they well give me my money back 1 month ago and we are still waiting but they didn’t pay me back yet.

My stay was very comfortable.
Pros:

I was very pleased with the Clealiness of the hotel. And even more shocked that there was a microwave. A lot of times you travel out of town get take out food and unable to reheat your leftovers.

Cons:

The nosey traffic you could hear up in the room. With an autistic son this was very hard and uncomfortable for him.
