Frustrated with the view of the street outside the hotel!

Cons:

We had reserved a queen room with a city view. After checking in, however, we noticed that we had no view at all from our second-floor room. We complained, but the manager told us that no rooms were available. What is the point of a reservation if not to ensure that the room is kept for the guest who has booked it?
