Great location in einer tollen Stadt
Pros:

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartmet, perfekte Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt. Frühstück im Nana's war sehr lecker. Kommunikation mit der Bob W-Crew läuft reibungslos, Einziges Problem (verstopfter Abfluss im Bad-Waschbecken) wurde sofort behoben!

Cons:

Unser Appartment lag zur Straße, daher war es etwas laut in der Nacht.

The best city nest we have had EVER!!!
Pros:

Perfect location, 4th floor, so one needs to be a little ready for the stairs, but at 55 I still loved the whole package. Brilliant. Local food outside is also awesome. We hired EBikes and had a pass for underground so we had a wonderful nest and complete freedom of our wonderful capital. Kids loved it and when we are back, we will be staying here 100%

Bellissima Londra e... bellissimo anche tornare da Bob la sera!!!!

Posizione strategica vicino a due fermate metro. Ubicato in una zona stupenda.
Letti comodissimi.
Ambiente accogliente e comfortevole, dotato di lavasciuga, aspirapolvere, ferro e tavola da stiro, scaldino elettrico, condizionatore, consolle di gioco, smart tv e lavastoviglie, set cortesia da bagno, detersivi, cavetti ricarica smartphone, adattatori prese, scottex, thè, tisane, etc...
Potente impianto di riscaldamento che in pochissimi minuti rende l'appartamento caldissimo, e anche se era maggio, abbiamo gradito tantissimo, dato il clima di Londra!!
La nostra vacanza è stata straordinaria anche grazie ai comfort di Bob, perché era un piacere rientrare in quell'appartamento!

Świetna lokalizacja, Bez problemu dojechaliśmy metrem. Mieszkanie przygotowane i czyściutkie. W łazience wszystkie nie zbędne kosmetyki.

Cons:

Zachęcam do zaopatrzenia mieszkania w wodę dla gości. Reszta bez zarzutów.

Disappointing! The pictures look luxurious, the reality is completely different!

Very old metal model windows, the kitchen window could not be closed completely, the handle was broken, it gets cold at night because of this problem!!! I reported the problem on WhatsApp to "BOB", no human feedback, an AI chat answered!! The plasterboard ceiling swollen with water, very old and worn kitchen furniture! No elevator, difficult stairs to climb to the 3rd floor! Permanent noise at night from the bathroom fan - could not be turned off, other strange noises from the ceiling at night! The windows faced a horrible interior courtyard, feeling of a jail! The pictures posted on booking have nothing to do with reality, the room is very worn and not worth the asking price! I do not recommend this property!

Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Es gab viele kleine Details, die einem ein vertrautes Gefühl gegeben haben, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Pros:

You live right in the center of London, near the Tower. Metro station is 5 minute walk away and you Uber Boat as well. It's super easy to travel to any place in London by different types of transport.
The apartment has a full sized kitchen, so you can easily cook food, use washing machine, etc.
I loved and appreciated the attention - EU adapters, ear plugs, coffee/tea and other small but very important things. Luggage room was a savior on the check-out day and I loved the online experience with passwords and breakfast passes.

Cons:

The big bed was squeaky and it was too hot at night. The light switcher in the bathroom is insanely loud so is the door handle, you can't really get to the bathroom at night without waking everyone up. There was absolutely no view from the window, if this is important to you.

There was garbage left in the garbage and recycling bins when we arrived. The sofa bed was broken and never properly fixed while we were there.
