Bob W Tower of London

Excellent location. Room was very comfortable. Loved the little extras provided like the tote bag and reusable water bottles. The fridge is huge. So many options nearby for food. Fast food, sit down and grocery stores. Keep in mind though that the Tower of London location has no elevator. So you will have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. Easy access to the Monument and Tower Hill tube stations. We loved the place. Highly recommended

Flat was superb and fully equipped. Would love to live here! We purposely selected the location as we concentrated our holiday in the area: City, Tower of London, South Bank, etc.
We were surrounded by the Walkie Talkie and medieval turrets.
We appreciated the mobile air conditioners as we visited during the heatwave. Also appreciated the hand-written welcoming note. Refreshing after all the A.I. 😜

Overall, we had a good stay at Bob W Tower of London. The biggest advantage is definitely the location – it’s excellent for exploring London, with many major attractions within walking distance and great public transport connections.

The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable. However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant downside during our stay, as we visited during an extreme heatwave. Under normal weather conditions, this probably wouldn’t have been an issue, but during very hot days it made the apartment quite uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good, although it was served in a restaurant a few hundred meters away rather than in the building itself, which was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. While it wasn’t exceptional, the fantastic location makes it a good choice for anyone looking for a convenient base to explore London.

Shocked by the other positive reviews tbh, i feel like i fell for it. Considering i work with companies professionally in customer experience and the associated journeys this was hysterically bad i am sorry to say. The single worst guest experience i have had in 20 years.

This has to be one the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. I arrived 10 mins before check in and they sent someone up to clean the room in 5 mins... the room was filthy, no towels provided, no front desk. No correspondence. The windows were broken and did not open, the property had nails coming out the floor which ripped my sock and injured my foot and ruined my whole weekend. Didn't even get an apology after i provided photos and videos of all the issues mentioned above.

But they did offer me 10% compensation after two weeks of trying to chase them. I could not speak to a single human being before, during or after my stay. No medical assistance if anything happens any properties it is also worth mentioning for those who are concerned.

Im sure Bob W will provide a corporately adept rebuttal and hollow apology under my review. However that is just protocol for any negative reviews.

Perfekte Lage unweit des Towers

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartmet, perfekte Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt. Frühstück im Nana's war sehr lecker. Kommunikation mit der Bob W-Crew läuft reibungslos, Einziges Problem (verstopfter Abfluss im Bad-Waschbecken) wurde sofort behoben!

Location is great. Very central easy to reach

Perfect location, 4th floor, so one needs to be a little ready for the stairs, but at 55 I still loved the whole package. Brilliant. Local food outside is also awesome. We hired EBikes and had a pass for underground so we had a wonderful nest and complete freedom of our wonderful capital. Kids loved it and when we are back, we will be staying here 100%

Posizione strategica vicino a due fermate metro. Ubicato in una zona stupenda.

Ambiente accogliente e comfortevole, dotato di lavasciuga, aspirapolvere, ferro e tavola da stiro, scaldino elettrico, condizionatore, consolle di gioco, smart tv e lavastoviglie, set cortesia da bagno, detersivi, cavetti ricarica smartphone, adattatori prese, scottex, thè, tisane, etc...
Potente impianto di riscaldamento che in pochissimi minuti rende l'appartamento caldissimo, e anche se era maggio, abbiamo gradito tantissimo, dato il clima di Londra!!
La nostra vacanza è stata straordinaria anche grazie ai comfort di Bob, perché era un piacere rientrare in quell'appartamento!

Świetna lokalizacja, Bez problemu dojechaliśmy metrem. Mieszkanie przygotowane i czyściutkie. W łazience wszystkie nie zbędne kosmetyki.
