This is a great comfortable convenient place to stay in the heart of Manchester city centre, and good value compared to even a budget hotel chain. You get excellent facilities and amazing views. Being so high up, it's also exceptionally quiet despite its city centre location. Strongly recommended.
Waiting for the lift to the 14th or 15th floor can take a while.

Lifts could get a bit busy at times
The staff were great - anticipatory service whilst very 'chilled out', which meant that things were very harmonious and welcoming. I happened to observe staff managing the repercussions of an incident that had occurred and they were very clear, level headed and stabilising.
The only problem I had was that the coffee machine did not seem to make hot coffee. I'd mentioned it once, and was told to keep it turned on for a long time prior, which I did, however this did not remedy the matter. Please note that this was a very small issue in what was otherwise a great stay

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the rooms experience were outstanding, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Thank you for your recognition of the birthdays the ladies in our group were celebrating. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing, making it easy to unwind.
Breakfast on the Sat morning was another highlight. The morning service was friendly and efficient, and the food selection was fresh, tasty. The Sunday breakfast had limited food choices which was disappointing. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable.
The only minor drawback was that the bar, reception, and breakfast area are all located in the same open space, which can feel a little busy at peak times. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic service, great comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it. We are looking forward to booking into the other hotels in this group.
