A cleaning service is available upon request for stays less than 7 nights at an additional charge of GBP 25 for the studios, GBP 35 for one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 45 for two-bedroom apartments.

Stanza/appartamento bellissimo, moderno, con tutti i confort, vista stupenda, nulla da dire!! c'era anche uno spazio per cenare/fare colazione, dotato di tutto il necessario compreso il micoroonde.
la stanza da letto un pelo piccolina, con un lato del letto senza nemmeno una mensolina o comodino. Però nell'insieme posto molto gradevole
Wonderful location and Staff
Amazing room for the price paid, very very luxurious with a main bedroom with queen sized bed (very comfortable), luxurious/modern feel to the bathroom and secondary kitchen/lounge area. Kitchen was well equipped and even included a small hob. Location was superb and meant we didn’t need to pay for transport around Manchester as the locations we went to were within short walks distance. Would highly recommend based on this and felt this was good value for money.
Our only improvement to the experience would be breakfast, this was quite pricey I think around £13 for continental and £18/19 for dishes on the menu and although there were the options of continental or ordering specific dishes the continental options were limited and overall organisation of breakfast felt slightly limited with often plates etc not being available when needed.
Location was perfect - central Manchester and close to everything. The space was just right - having a separate kitchenette made the stay so much easier - as a coeliac I could make my own breakfast and drinks.
The staff were fabulous - so helpful, especially Vicky on my arrival who went above and beyond to give me the room I wanted when there was a glitch in the room I was given.
None on these things would stop me going again, so to help refine what’s already good: The bathroom was small and the door blocked access to the toilet when open. The draw under the bed would not close flush, staying half open, so I hit my legs in it when getting out of bed.
The sofa cushions would not stay on the sofa when i sat on it. The ironing board would not collapse after I used it - I tried very hard to put it back as it was.

La cocina está súper bien equipada, respecto a condimentos, dan sal y pimienta. Aparte del té, café y leche de cortesía. Solo eché en falta algo de aceite, pregunté en recepción y me dieron un poquito de aceite al momento! Perfecto para ahorrar un poco y cocinar tranquilamente.
Toallas y papel de sobra. Camas amplias. Todo limpio.
Ubicación ideal, al lado del centro y de la estación de Oxford Road.

Breakfast was lovely, as well as the rest of the hotel. The team on site could not do enough for you during our stay and the rooms were a great size and very comfortable, it was great to have a kitchenette included, so that you could make your own lunches if needed.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff, great location & good value for money. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
The one bedroom unit, though compact, had everything needed for an extended stay although we were only there for the weekend. Being able to prepare food was a major plus. The electronic curtains and lighting console were pretty cool! Having sufficient charging locations throughout the unit was also good. The aparthotel is within walking distance of most places one would want to go - shopping, tram and bus stops. Good and varied restaurants nearby.
I could not find a plug in the area where the table and chairs is: closest was in the hallway across from the entrance. The sink size was clearly meant for rinsing items before putting them in the dishwasher but we found using the dishwasher would have wasted water. The couch cushions kept sliding off which made sitting somewhat uncomfortable - I guess I didn't find the formula for putting them on to make them stay!!

Hairdryer broke in room and the TV's had no signal but the hairdryer was replaced by the staff. On checking out the receptionist made a note of these issues so looks like they would have been resolved
