Great location for Etihad / Coop arena.
Pros:

Location. Room was spacious and clean with good bathroom. Handy for coop arena and easy walk or tram into town. Would re visit if upgraded the brick pillows. Tried to get some more.. nothing on offer 😡

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were just AWFUL
completely ruined our experience as could not sleep on them at all

Ok but things like searching for spoons, things in less convenient places eg plate for toast etc was up by cooked breakfast. Hot water pot appeared problematic… queue & then blocking coffee machine…. Small changes make a difference

Felt quite low budget for a 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Modern room design with walk in shower although looked aged. Which was a suprise as it looks a relatively new building

Cons:

Corridors and carpets just we not clean and could tell as carpets look years old and worn

Beautiful room, spacious and it had a fridge....very rare in the UK but an essential item that international travellers look for.....all hotels in Australia have them. Self serve snack shop was great too.
