There was dried blood all over my blanket and pillows then when asked to be changed at 11:30 at night too them 30 mins to come and tried to say it was cleaning product which it clearly wasn’t
Goede locatie op 10m wandelafstand van station.
Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht.
Verwarming in badkamer met afzuiging en airco op de kamer. Liften werken snel!
De douchebak werd niet gereinigd in 5 dagen waardoor stof zich hier ophoopte en het er snel vuil uitziet.
In de eerste nacht/dag werden onze handdoeken niet ververst. Waarschijnlijk vergeten. Erna wel.
Haardroger blaast enkel koude lucht en op het kraanwater mocht meer druk staan (straalkracht vrij beperkt waardoor je langer doucht).
Frigo is enkel bruikbaar tegen betaling (zit slot op).
Very clean carpet floors in the room! Had a cute little table and chair with a wonderful view next to a huge windows.
Good gym facilities, very good location, good coffee!
I stay here regularly and everything is amazing - from the rooms to the food to the staff … just perfect, will continue to stay here for a long time ✨

Rooms were small but comfortable
There was a mix up with the payments their system wasnt working and they charged 2 of my cards. But the manager sorted it the next morning .
The stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very quiet, the rooms were spacious, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.
I didn’t like the pillows because they felt like sleeping on rocks.
The second issue was with room service. When I ordered food, I was told there would be an additional charge to have it delivered to my room. The fee was quite expensive, which didn’t make sense since it’s called room service. When I asked why, I was told it was the hotel’s policy after 11:00 p.m. However, the next day I placed my order before 11:00 p.m., and I was still told I had to pay the same extra charge.
Another issue was that I found a stain on a clean towel that had just been placed in my room by housekeeping.
