The room is very small, and at the beginning the receptionist offered me to upgrade for some amount. I said no, but suddenly he gave the next person to me free upgrade which is not professional at all

The staff were super kind, polite and friendly all the time.

Cons:

My room was smelling sweat all the time since when I arrived. I asked to clean but the smell was stock there.
