Pros:

The staff were friendly and polite
Shenaz at the restaurant was extremely helpful with all my vegetarian needs.
Shafiq I think his name is, was so delightful and polite from room service.
Love the location
Reception staff also good.

Cons:

The 4th floor had a moist musty odour, manageable but definitely needs some attention.

حاجزه بجناح بانورامي ..طلبت اكل ومشروبات وكنت تعبانة وفيني هبوط.. احتتاج الطلب ضروري الان..للأسف الموظف رفض المندوب يوصل للغرفة وبنفس الوقت اتصلت يوصلون الطلب لي قال لي العامل ماخذ بريك نص ساعة!! الساعة 2:30 الفجر قال انزلي اخذيه واسلوبه غير مهني صراحة ويتكلم من طرف خشمه.. طبعا ماقدرت انزل وانتظرت نصف ساعة .. وصل لي المشروب حار وكنت تعبانه .. كان يوم الخميس 8 اكتوبر الساعة 2:30 الفجر .. الفندق جميل لكن ماراح اكرر التجربة واتمنى يؤخذ الموضوع بعين الاعتبار..
