Cons:

The floor corridors was very hot. I was on 5th floor and there was no AC and the temperature was 44 degrees
I requested for packing 3 grilled sandwiches as early breakfast as I checked out at 4 in the morning but I was not provided with that. I repeatedly informed about the same from the time I checked in and even confirmed that during the night before check out. I was promised that it will be given, but when I called in the morning, the room service guy told that no one informed about it and neither he was aware of my checkout time. He was sounding extremely sleepy as my call was answered after10 rings. This is not acceptable for a reputed hotel.
They should workon these things immediately

We stayed here for 2nd time. It was wonderful experience staying at udaipur. City centre located one of the best stay in udaipur. Restaurant food was delicious. Love the breakfast and buffet dinner. Good option for kids. Staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and the overall service made our experience truly memorable. A special mention to Shravan, for his excellent service and warm hospitality. He was always attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The infinity pool was definitely one of the best parts of the hotel — beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. Everything from the service to the ambiance was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
