Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Mr Mohit. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Accidentally booked 4 rooms with single adults. Whereas it was supposed to be double room occupancy. Manager charged us Rs 525 extra per room for the same and extorted us to take extra bedding @Rs 1500

A couple of suggestions for further enhancement:

• Consider placing a hair dryer in each room for added guest comfort.

• Adding a hand shower, or alternatively providing a bucket and mug, would make the bathing facilities more convenient for a wider range of guests.
