Pros:

Comfortable and quiet. Nice pool area. Good shower. Quite close to city centre and metro station. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Liked everything but for them to improve I would say breakfast could have been better. We told them we were vegan and it was limited for us. Other than this, nice modern hotel

personel çok nazik ve iyi idi. özellikle ön büroda ki Rachel ve adını bilemediğim gözlüklü genç arkadaş iyi idi. Fakat sakallı olan ön büro personeli pek ilgili alakalı değildir.

Hotel simpático, com espaços comuns tanto interiores como exteriores muito agradáveis.
Pequeno almoço muito bom. Ótimos cereais.
Quarto amplo e confortável

Cons:

De manhã geralmente só havia um/uma funcionário/a que tinha de se dividir entre a sala do pequeno almoço e a receção o que algumas vezes nos obrigou a ter de aguardar num sítio ou no outro.
Durante a nossa estadia de 2 dias o elevador esteve desligado, o quarto era no primeiro andar e as escadas eram íngremes.

Endroit paisible et confortable
Pros:

Très joli, personnel serviable! Salle de sport magnifique, piscine extérieure top! Les massages proposés super par une jeune dame experte 🤩

Cons:

Les lunch proposés sur la carte ne sont pas tous présents, peu de choix et rien de frais, pas de salades, dommage . La chambre double, très petite et le lit également mais de bonne qualité !!

Pros:

Tenia un gimnasio muy muy completo. El diseño moderno y estaba muy cuidado

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba. La piscina un poco justita pero nos sirvió porque no había mucha gente.
No había servicio de masajes y me hizo falta porque iba con mucho dolor de espalda.

Location, location, location
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and helpful providing great advice about transport cost around Porto. The room was very clean and well appointed. The pool was lovely to return to in the evening.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a slightly run down area of town and a 50 minute walk to the central attractions of Porto. (Not much fun in 30+ degrees of heat) The nearest metro, Casa de Musica is also a 20/30 minute walk and is closest point to connect to hop on hop off sight seeing bus routes. Uber cost 4-6€ to centre and takes 15-20 minutes. Taxi rank on same street as hotel but they charge 25€!
