Good value and comfortable accommodations in COS!
Pros:

Good value for the money. The food was very good; better selections than other continental breakfasts plus evening food/snacks ( depending what you chose)

Cons:

That the hot tub was not in service while we were there. (It happens, but after hiking it would have been nice to sit in a hot tub)

We would stay again.
Pros:

Laundry facilities right on site, hot tub outside and pool indoors, kitchenette, and they do provide some pots & pans, silverware & cooking utensils. Walmart right across the street & gas station a few blocks away.

Cons:

The suites could use can openers, seasonings, more dishes, & cookware for the kitchenette.

Nice property! Some staff were nicer than others but overall very good.

The dishwasher was full when we arrived. Not sure if the dishes were clean or not.

Does a little bit of everything effectively.
Pros:

Central location. 20-30 minute drive to almost anything in the area. Great Breakfast. Free Laundry. Food options during the week day evenings.

Cons:

Screen mirroring is not a convenient option for streaming. I understand you’re here for the beautiful scenery and hiking but a Netflix icon or something would be nice.

I'd stay here again, but bring my own toilet paper
Pros:

The rooms are well appointed. Liked having an equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cons:

My only complaint----the thinnest and scratchiest toilet paper I've ever encountered. Very unpleaseant!

A little more car in the set up is needed.
Pros:

The view was spectacular!!! Good central location in Colorado Springs. The suite was roomy and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful - the one who worked Saturday evening.

Cons:

Unfortunately we chose this space because we wanted to prepare some food. There was a two burner stove with no instructions and when we got it to work, could only cook with one burner at a time 🙁 because the pans provided were too big. Also, the plug in the bathroom didn’t work and when the guy came to look at the stove, he said I will fix tomorrow I am heading out!
