All-Inclusive Rate Terms and Charges for Additional Guests are as follows:
Daily breakfast for two adults and two children is included for stays in the Two-Bedroom Family Suite.
Daily two-course lunch and dinner, and daily selected free-flow drinks are available for two adults for stays in the Two-Bedroom Family Suite.
An extra person charges of THB 1,500 per person, per night, includes breakfast and an extra bed only.
An additional charge of THB 1,000 per person per night applies for the meal plan and free-flow package. Rates are exclusive of taxes and service charge. Applicable for guests aged 12 years and above.
Complimentary meals are available only for children aged 0 to 3 years. Children aged 4 to 11 years are charged 50% of the adult price.

Please note that renovation work on the kids’ pool will be carried out from 21 August to 30 September 2026, and the pool will be closed during this period.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

This was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredible friendliness of the staff, the exceptional cleanliness, and, of course, the amazing food. We stayed for 13 days and honestly, we still didn’t manage to try everything on the menu!
Biw made our stay absolutely spectacular. She is a true asset to the hotel and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. She was always checking in on us, and her genuine care and kindness made such a difference to our experience.

I have a serious food allergy, and the two chefs from Elements were absolutely wonderful. They personally came out to speak with me, made sure I always had plenty of safe options to eat, and took the time to explain the different dishes on the buffet. Their attention to detail and concern for my wellbeing gave me complete peace of mind and was greatly appreciated.

The girl wearing the apron at the beach bar were also fantastic. She would come down to us while we were relaxing on the beach and ask what we would like to drink. Such thoughtful service made us feel truly pampered.

Night was always so friendly, welcoming, and happy to see us. In fact, every member of staff we encountered, even the gardeners, would greet us with a smile. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire resort.

The animals were another highlight of our stay. We absolutely loved seeing them, and I can only imagine how much children would enjoy that special experience.

By the end of our 13 days, we really did not want to go home! This hotel gave us such a wonderful experience, and the staff made us feel like more than just guests—they made us feel genuinely cared for.

We will definitely be back. You haven’t seen the last of us!

Exceptional holiday!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely thanks to the fantastic on-site service. The team constantly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. In particular, the food and beverage team, led by Khun Sathit, was incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile. A special thank you to Chef Ajay, Oak, Aom, Na, Smile, Toh, Tidtee, Ying and several other team members for their outstanding hospitality!

Cons:

Our only minor critique was that the pre-arrival communication lacked a personal, welcoming touch and at times felt transactional. However, this was completely resolved the moment we stepped onto the property and experienced the team's genuine warmth.

Es ist ein sehr lautes Hotel voll mit schreienden Kinder. Die Zimmer in teils hässlichen Betonbauten. Ich bin daher nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Personal reagierte mir mit "Hm ok. Sie bekommen aber kein Geld zurück". Dann weigerte sie sich eine Rechnung auszustellen.
