Cleanliness
9
Generally praised across many reviews — rooms described as clean, tidy and smelling good; a few isolated notes about rooms not being cleaned.
Service
8.2
Mixed but overall positive: several mentions of helpful, friendly reception staff and good cooperation, contrasted with complaints about unhelpful staff, money-focused attitude and slow/delayed responses.
Location
8.8
Strong positive for beachfront views and quiet seaside setting; some reviewers note the hotel is distant from local services and taxis which lowers convenience.
Room Quality
7
Several issues reported: humidity, small rooms, noise from adjacent rooms, non-blackout curtains and occasional pests; some guests still found rooms comfortable.
Amenities
8
Good beach access, on-site restaurant and café and beach seating mentioned; lacks children’s play area and beach activities in places, and some rooms lack bidet (شطاف).
Value for Money
6.8
Repeated comments that the price is high or not fully justified — several guests explicitly call the hotel expensive or not worth the cost.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent and varied; on-site dining is available but some guests mentioned higher prices for restaurant/cafe items.
Overall Experience
9
Majority of reviews describe a very good or exceptional stay (quiet, pleasant setting, good staff and breakfast), though there are notable service/room/value negatives for some guests.

Awesome, this resort should be your destination in case you are a honeymooners, mind refreshing
Pros:

Really it was a wonderful stay, many of my friends has nominated this resort for me, but what i have witnessed was really exceeded my expectation. I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed at the reception for his kindness, support and hospitality and i would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Omar in the resturant who has taken good care of us. Both of them were very helpful for me during our. stay
