Alles was man braucht.
Comfortable modern facilities and rooms. Breakfast buffet is excellent. We had food from the café menu and it was also very good.
Staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

In summary: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, adjacent parking garage, quick check-in, good facilities.
We went during an event weekend and the hotel was packed and busy. I expected to stand in line for the check-in and elevators but the staff was very prepared and made sure everything ran smoothly, with barely any wait period. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very quiet and private even though there were a lot of event attendees at the hotel (possibly arriving late/being loud) and we barely even noticed.
The air-conditioning was a god-sent during the heatwave that weekend.
The hotel is very easy to navigate to and has two floors of an underground parking garage reserved for hotel guests, making it easy to drop off your luggage and keep your car safe and nearby.
Breakfast is open very early and you can get dinner at the hotel restaurant til pretty late in the evening, which was perfect for us as we left early/got back late due to the event we were attending.
The rooms had more than enough space for our abundance of suitcases.
We went during a busy event weekend and the 4-person rooms were overbooked, so we ended up being split over two 2-person rooms. While this is indeed an upgrade, we had planned to get ready for the event together and had to adjust our plans accordingly. The two rooms were on the same floor but not next to each other so we had to cross the hall if we needed something from the other room.
One of the bedside lights was flickering but after adjusting the cable a bit, it worked as it should. We were told that the 4-person room wasn't available due to issues with the lights so that may be related. At some point we couldn't get the air-conditioning to turn back on but when we tried again a few minutes later it worked as it should so I'm inclined to blame that on human error.
The hours of the hub/restaurant should be updated on the website! It states that opening hours are til 1am (sun-thurs) or 3am (fri-sat) with a bit of text saying you can get a late night meal til 00:30 and 1:30 respectively, so we went there at around 23:00 on the first night after getting settled in our rooms only to be told the kitchen had already closed and we could only get food there til about 21:30-22:00. While this may just be a misinterpretation on our part, it doesn't state anything on the website about the kitchen closing times and I think it would be a useful addition.
