Es un bonito hotel, fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto, con vista hacia las líneas del tren pero con buena aislación acústica, cama cómoda, con desayuno tipo buffet pero productos de calidad.
Para almorzar encontramos un restaurante italiano a pasos del hotel "Emiliana"
Estuvimos 3 noches y ningun día nos hicieron aseo en la pieza

Otelin odaları temiz, yeterli genişlikte, banyoları güzel. Kahvaltısı yeterli.
Merkeze konumu uzak kalıyor. Her yere yürüyerek diyebileceğimiz Bir mesafe değil. Allstada da uzak. Bunu bilerek gelin ama Otel ile ilgili bir sorun değil konuma iyi bakın Metroya yakın olabilir fakat yürümeyi seven gezginler için çok uygun değil bence. Kahvaltıda kısa saçlı görevliden siyah çay istedim sadece olanları gösterdi Mutfağa gidip arama zahmetinde bulunmadı. Uluslararası Bir otelde daha fazla bir çaba görebilirdik

It was nice before Tom. No one can shout at the costumers without any reason!!
We stayed at this hotel for one night during a transit trip. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the extremely rude behavior of one of the reception staff members, Tom.
When we went to collect our luggage from the luggage room, I politely knocked on the door. At the same time, I asked the receptionist if anyone was inside. I had not even taken a single step into the room when Tom suddenly started shouting at me and aggressively confronted me.
There was absolutely no reason for this reaction. Employees in the hospitality industry should treat guests with courtesy and respect. Shouting at guests and speaking to them in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner—especially to a female guest—is completely unacceptable.
Because of this incident, I cannot recommend this hotel. It seems that the staff are not given adequate training in customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy. A single employee's behavior can seriously damage a hotel's reputation, and unfortunately, that was the case during our stay.
Wir haben während einer Durchreise eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das äußerst unhöfliche Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption, Tom, überschattet.
Als wir unser Gepäck aus dem Gepäckraum abholen wollten, klopfte ich höflich an die Tür. Gleichzeitig fragte ich die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, ob sich jemand im Raum befinde. Ich hatte den Raum noch nicht einmal betreten, als Tom plötzlich laut wurde, mich anschrie und in einer sehr aggressiven Art auf mich zukam.
Für dieses Verhalten gab es keinerlei Anlass. Mitarbeiter im Gastgewerbe sollten Gäste stets höflich und respektvoll behandeln. Gäste anzuschreien und in einem derart aggressiven und respektlosen Ton anzusprechen – insbesondere eine weibliche Gästin – ist vollkommen inakzeptabel.
Aus diesem Grund kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
Все супер, красиво, чисто, персонал очень вежливый. Завтрак был включен в стоимость и если честно, не было огромных надежд - но это было супер. Все очень вкусно. Парень, который работает на выдаче заказов вечером - очень приятный!

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. Die Fenster sind sehr Schalldicht so das die Hauptstraße und auch die Bahnlinie nicht zu hören sind.
