Comfortable stay close to the historic centre.
Pros:

Spacious clean rooms with great Ac. Perfect location with lot of food and shopping options nearby. Friendly staff. We didnt eat at the hotel but did order some room service which was tasty and good portion size. Food choice a bit limited- would have liked veg hakka noodles kind of asian mix as well.

Cons:

The corridor outside rooms and the lift didnt seem to have a working AC.

Very helpful staff, brilliant location only a 5 minute walk to the golden temple
Pros:

Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Taxis aren’t allowed to come down the street where the hotel is a member of staff come to collect us from the drop off point to take us to the hotel. They also took us back to the drop off point where we were getting our taxi from. We also wanted to go to a different part of the city n the staff organised us a taxi

Cons:

The air conditioning units were not that powerful. They need air conditioning in the hall ways as well

Excellent location, great breakfast. Nice staff
Pros:

Superb location can reach Golden Temple in minutes if not seconds, the Jallianwala Bath is across the road, lot of shops and food options nearby. Parking is not available as hotel is in heritage section with no vehicle movement allowed
