If you want a good place to stay that's closest to the Golden temple &Jallianwala Bagh, this is it.
Pros:

Location. Location. Location.

The staff are really nice and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you in every way possible.

Cons:

This is not against the hotel per se but I wish taxis could drop us right outside the hotel but unfortunately vehicles are not allowed on the Heritage Walk.

Amritsar stay on Heritage walk
Pros:

The helpful staff - the staff at the front desk were very efficient in the check-in, check-out as well as organising airport transfers and providing information and organising trip to Wagha border.
We were upgraded and got a room on the 5th floor with great views of the Heritage walk and temple tower.
The location was great to walk to the temple in early morning and evening. Also to the Partition museum and the Jallianwala Bagh memorial.
The bellboy was waiting for us on arrival also very helpful with the luggage and guiding us to the hotel as the taxi stops about 50 from the hotel at the beginning the Heritage walk
The MacDonald next door is handy for coffee at all times.

Cons:

The smell of food from the Cafe above was quite strong near the lift / staircase. Not a big issue as we are there only for a minute or so waiting for the lift. An exhaust fan would blow the fumes away easily.

Nice hotel and so close to the Golden Temple

Cons:

Shame about dragging your luggage about 500m from the Hotel
because the police wouldn't let the drivers to drop us off near the location

המלון מאוד נקי שירות מעולה, חדרים גדולים
צוות המלון מסביר פנים אפשרו לנו לאחר ב- check out , המלון שוכן על המדרחוב שביחס לרחובות אחרים מאוד צבעוני יפה ונקי, המון אנשים וחנויות לרוב, בתי קפה טובים באיזור כמו Starbucks הקירבה ל golden Temple, ( אגב אם הולכים לגולדן טמפל כדאי להפקיד את הנעליים במקום ייעודי אני השארתי בכניסה בחוץ והם נגנבו)

אולי מחיר המוניות שהזמנו דרכם יחסית יקרים.
מונית לא יכולה להגיע עד פתח המלון שכן הוא שוכן על המדרחוב, אבל אם תתקשרו אליהם לפני ההגעה הם ישלחו צוות מהמלון שיעזור לסחוב את המזוודות למלון ומהמלון למונית.

Great hotel in a fab location
Pros:

Great hotel, near the Golden Temple and the shops. Was super clean, my room was great, the food in the restaurant was lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and always had a smile. Delightful stay and would highly recommend.
