Proximity to Golden Temple & Heritage Walk Shopping. Great staff service and above average hotel
Pros:

1. Location proximity to Golden Temple.
2. Room size.
3. Water pressure.
4. Aircon.
5. Staff responsiveness and service.

Cons:

1. Inability of cars to drop off guests and bags within the Heritage Walk area. Driver has to wait outside boundary and we have to lug our own bags. Hotel staff should be positioned at the drop off area as they know the arrival schedule. We had to call them a few times to be at the arrival area to pick up our bags.
2. Hand held shower is necessary as most Sikh male guests and female guests have long hair and shower cap does not protect the hair from being wet from the rain shower.
3. Choices for breakfast.
