Fancy hotel in historical building of the train station
Pros:

1. Location is great, Hotel is located in the historical building of one of the main train station in Lisbon, the Metro station is just downstairs, bus stop is exactly at the entrance door. At train station there is Pingo Doce grocery store and bakery. Travel time to all tourist locations in Lisbon doesn’t exceed 20-30 minutes. In a walking distance you can reach the streets of Alfama with its cafes, bars and restaurants.
2. Rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with coffee machine, kettle, minibar, you get also bathrobe, slippers, cosmetics, so all the things that you should expect.
3. The windows are amazing - although the hotel is at the busy street and train station you don’t hear anything. The hotel room has good soundproofing, during my stay I’ve heard only one neighbour guest.

Cons:

Well.. they are rated as 5* hotel so the expectations are higher. I have just few small remarks -

1. First of all they don’t have SPA, pool or even a small gym. There are some signs showing direction to the gym but I’ve never found it.

2. the TV. The selection of TV channels include few Russian propaganda channels such as Russia Today, which now shows a disclaimer it is sanctioned in the EU. so I ask myself why not to remove it? The TV doesn’t have streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon and build in Chromecast sometimes works, but mostly doesn’t work. There is no Apple AirPlay or screen mirroring that would allow to enjoy the TV.

3. The room is rather small, also some of the solutions are interesting - the wardrobe is in the toilet and shower is where you usually see wardrobe

Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés pour un séjour à Lisbonne.
Pros:

Établissement extrêmement bien situé car il est collé au métro, à la gare et de nombreux arrêts de bus se trouvent littéralement devant la porte! La deco est vraiment jolie et élégante. Tout est en excellent état et choisi avec goût. La chambre au 2e étage était parfaitement insonorisée. La Clim fonctionne parfaitement et est très silencieuse. Personnel très aimable et très réactif, d’excellent conseil.

Cons:

La penderie aurait pu avoir des étagères…1 semaine / 2 personnes: pas très pratique d’avoir juste qqs ceintres…

Pros:

The location was perfect for us and easy to catch the metro, bus or regional trains. The river view from the room was nice and the room itself was nicely put together and quiet. The breakfast had an excellent selection. We even tried the restaurant for dinner and it too exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic and always happy to go the extra mile to advise our help out.

Cons:

The water flow in the basin wasn't strong and the hot water not quite as hot as we prefer.

If we had known how unclean the room was, we would have chosen a different hotel.

It was extremely dirty. Stains on the carpets, dust everywhere, stains of hard water in the bathroom, hair in the bathroom.

a great hotel with very comfortable spacious room, and bed.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a good range of options and the restaurant was clean and well attended with a great view of the river from the restaurant balcony.

Cons:

It can be a little bit complicated to know where Ubers are going to stop, because it's not apparent right away but once you figure it out, it's very easy to know where to go to get an uber.

Misleading as the photos looked decent

This was a shock to call this 5 star hotel
It’s definitely not
The phones in rooms don’t work
The Tv selection for international travelers not enough English
The policy on towels & bedding shocking
The area was a SHOCK I think the hotel should warn you of the area plus the fact there is a disgusting stench from a sewage project
The carpets are DISGRACEFUL Makes you feel like everything is dirty
The staff rude. They were unhelpful except for the guy that carried our bags !
Breakfast was really NOT 5 star quality
The car service, on day of arrival made us have to walk far to park
And on the day we left then they could offer to collect the car ONLY BECAUSE THEY WANTED THE PARKING CARD

SHOCKING !!! During international FIFA WORLD CUP NO CHANNELS TO WATCH GAMES. COME ON 5 star what a joke
