A lovely setting to absorb the charming atmosphere of Porto.
Pros:

Location, staff both excellent. My room had a view (and an open window) over the riverfront. Delightful!

Cons:

breakfast was quite disappointing. There wasn’t much choice, and there was very little I actually wanted to eat.
The room was dark, with not enough natural light and I didn’t like the location. There was a construction.

Except for one gentleman , not a friendly place. Not worth the money. Breakfast was cold, and always had to ask for tray

Remodelled .

Cons:

The first room we were given was so small, it had stains all over carpet, the walls were dirty.
The lady at the desk was rude. Took us 2 days to get a different room. She said the hotel was full. On the website, there were lots of rooms.

Pros:

The hotel is very tasteful and interesting. Rooms are small but clean, well equipped and adequate. Really close to the railway station, our room overlooked the railway line. Noisey with the window open, but double glazing worked well!

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing not to like. We didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant, so we can't comment.

I’d definitely come back, yes there were a few small things to dislike, we both really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great location, really comfortable bed, great breakfast, no noise whatsoever from the trains and some of the staff were very helpful and a credit to you.

Cons:

Sometimes some of the reception staff were preoccupied and didn’t welcome people on arrival and the coffee wasn’t the best at breakfast. For a five star hotel, this isn’t good enough.
