Overall, I don’t think it was worth the price.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

There was almost no service. Only one complimentary bottle of water was provided on the day of check-in. The room lacked attention to detail—for example, no dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent was supplied. There was no telephone in the room, the QR code on the service card did not work, and no one answered the phone when I called.

The swimming pool was filled with warm water, making it suitable for soaking but not for swimming. The dishes and utensils in the room were not clean. The mattress was too soft, and the pillows were the worst part—they were unbelievably soft and provided almost no support.

The location, however, was excellent.

Fabulous location and comfy stay. Will stay again
Pros:

LOVE the location! Especially as it was VERY hot weather at the time. Spacious, comfy and had a washing machine!

Cons:

Air con was a bit weak - however it was a frightfully hot time so everyone was probably trying to get the most out of it.

Lage mitten in city von Carcassonne. Kein weiter Weg bis zur Festung.

Pros:

The studio was very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. It’s not super close to the city centre but not far either.

Cons:

The night we stayed was extremely hot and the A/C did not work properly. But I don’t think it’s an actual A/C more of a climate control. That did make it uncomfortable and very warm at night.

Great experience
Pros:

The place was equipped with everything you need for your stay. Clean, spacious and cozy ☺️
