Cons:

Unsauber , staubig, Krümel auf dem Stuhl, Kaffeemaschine muss entkalkt werden, Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt kein frisches Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, sehr warmes Zimmer.

You get what you pay for - not bad, but I wouldn’t go back
Pros:

The room as well as the public spaces were clean and well looked after

Cons:

Location wasn’t great. Not a good neighbourhood.

Pillows were terrible. Only one pillow per person and they weren’t good quality

Overall, a place in good condition
Pros:

Overall, the place is in good condition. The apartment is well-decorated, and the bathroom is decent with a nice shower. I highly recommend using the building garage, as street parking is incredibly scarce.

Cons:

However, our stay had some service issues. The sofa bed wasn't made up for our daughter, and when we went to set it up ourselves, we discovered a dirty pillow without a pillowcase. Because there is no reception or staff on-site, we had no way to ask for assistance. The location is not the best, but not too bad.

Pros:

Her şey olması gerekiği gibiydi. Memnun kaldık. Tesise vardığınızda ücretsiz wi-fi ile kolay check-in yapabiliyorsunuz. Erken check-in için teşekkür ederiz. Nürnberg e gidince yine aynı yeri tercih ederim. Gidenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

宿としては最高😁
Pros:

入室の方法が困難。全てカードで対応するシステムなので、カードを作ることが大変でした。他の人にお願いして作ってもらった。

Prinzipiell gut, der Teufel steckt im Detail.

Schön sind die Zimmer, auch nett geschnitten, prinzipiell gut gemacht

Cons:

Sauberkeit.
Ich kann mich den anderen nur anschließen: Sauber sind die Zimmer nur auf dem ersten Blick.
Fensterausparungen innen unten voller Haare und Staub, jede Zierleiste am Boden an den Wänden voller Staub. Seifenspender staubig/klebrig. Im Waschbecken hingen noch 3 künstliche Wimpern. Auch die weißen Hartplastikstühle in der Küche hätte man mal intensiv abwischen sollen.
Alles nichts großes, aber es hätte halt doch passieren sollen.
Der Tisch in der Küche war außerdem durchaus auch schon etwas abgenutzt.
Mir ist meine Brille unters Bett gefallen - danach war sie voller Staub und dieser typischen "Wollmäuse", die sich ansammeln, wenn man sehr lange nicht saugt.

Aber die Grobsauberkeit hat gepasst. Einmal akzeptabel, weiß aber nicht, ob ich in Anbetracht der Sauberkeit nochmal wieder kommen würde. Hart an der Grenze. Für kurze Aufenthalte okay.
Der Schalter fürs Rollo hat manchmal das Deckenlicht Aus und Ein geschaltet.
Die Lage ist an sich gut, wirkt aber wie Bahnhofgegend.
