Amazing setting, great to relax at
Pros:

Amazing location and hotel. Very attentive staff. Just what we needed as a break from travelling around South America. The food was amazing too.

Kamers kunnen beter
Pros:

Ditt hotel van de Senda keten ligt het dichtst bij Tayrona en ligt temidden van de natuur aan de rivier. Een prachtige plek om vogels te spotten en wandelingen te maken. Het zwembadje aan de kamer is erg aangenaam. Het ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd en is zeker goed. Het overige eten op de kaart is van goede kwaliteit.

Cons:

We logeerden eerder in een ander hotel van Senda en vonden de prijs hier in verhouding hoog. We misten hier wat decoratie in de kamer en ook wat meer meubilair. We hadden een ruime chalet met 2 kamers en een keuken maar de drie plaatsen zijn niet verbonden met binnendeuren. Bovendien is er nergens een tqfel let stoelen of een salonnetje voorzien om te zitten behalve buiten, maar wat als het regent wat wij dagelijks voorhadden. De kamer was ook erg slecht onderhouden met vele stofnesten die gedurende gans ons verblijf bleven hangen. We deden melding van de gordijnen die amper dicht of open konden en gaven aan dat de batterij in de rookmelder in de bar diende vervangen te worden. Zelfs de biep in de melder bleef frustrerend aanhouden tijdens gans ons verblijf van 4 dagen.
Je betaalt hier meer voor de ligging dan voor de luxe.

Place is amazing !and completely beautiful. Same as people that work at the place.

Cons:

Food is very expensive. Prices should be more reasonable. They should focus more on healthy food for that king of housing ( wellness ).

Didn’t have access to the yoga space ( it was close).

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, de mensen zijn echt super lief en het huisje is van alles voorzien! Dit was ons beste verblijf

Alles! Heerlijk huisje, fijn zwembad, goed eten en heel lief personeel. Het ontbijt is ook heerlijk! We zijn helemaal in de watten gelegd.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable y atentos a cualquier inquietud. La comida excelente, buena atención y disposición a solucionar todo tipo de solicitud. Las piezas amplias y cómodas.

Des de que llegas hasta que te vas es una pasada
Nos preguntaron si todo habia sido de nuestro agrado y la verdad al saber que no, se portaron muy bien.
Se preocupam por mejorar y nos dijeron que comprobarian el tema de los colchones para cambiarlos, que si no se lo dicen ellos no lo saben
Se preocupan mucho por el cuidado del hotel y de la gentw

El mejor hotel de Parque Tayrona
Pros:

El hotel es de ensueño y el trato recibido por parte del personal del hotel ( sobre todo por parte del recepcionista y del mesero ) fue maravilloso.

Cons:

Inevitablemente el olor a humedad en la habitación pero es algo con lo que contábamos.

Établissement conforme au descriptif. L’environnement est exceptionnel avec une vue de la piscine sur la Sierra Nevada. Le personnel est très gentil , attentif et efficace . L’hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied de l’entrée El Zaino de Tayrona et nous étions ravis de séjourner un peu à l’extérieur du parc Tayrona. L’hôtel est à taille humaine, tranquille , confortable et je recommande vivement
