Pros:

Impresionante hotel en un entorno fantástico. Personal muy amable. Las instalaciones fabulosas. Todo muy cuidado

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con una reserva duplicada que nos costó mucho solucionar. Los platos de la cena mediocres.

Stunning views
Pros:

The view from the pool is stunning and the people at reception were extremely nice and helpful.

Cons:

They is no hot water - but you don’t really need it so it was not a big problem. There is almost no wifi in the cabanas. The breakfast is very simple and not very tasty. They should have much more fruits and options for a 5 stars.

Amazing Stay!
Pros:

The pool is amazing.
The service of the reception is impeccable, the best we had in 21 days in Colombia. The hospitality of Andres and Samuel will really make the difference.
The room is very comfortable.
We had an small problem with the shower and they were very resolutive and fast.

Cons:

The food is not at the level of the place, but it’s ok.

Un enchantement !
Pros:

Le cadre est incroyable, c'est sobre, classe mais élégant. La piscine centrale est chauffée c'est donc très agréable de si baigner. Très proche de l'entrée du parc tayrona (15' à pied). Le restaurant offre un bon choix de plats différents et de qualité. Eau potable à disposition pour remplir ses gourdes. Personnel à la réception parlant anglais et même français. Un bon laundry service.

Cons:

Clim dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas si bien. Et est de la piscine privée froide.

Pros:

L’emplacement dans la forêt, on est au milieu des arbres, la magnifique piscine, la proximité du parc Tayrona

Cons:

Le petit dej est assez peu varié et relativement cher, pas d’expresso 😅, le besoin de payer un taxi à un prix exorbitant pour sortir de l’hôtel sans autre option

Bella struttura all ingresso del parco , servizi e camere da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura e all ingresso del Parco Tayrona in una posizione molto bella . La struttura è bella ma ha bisogno di un rinnovamento . I servizi non sono al livello 5 stelle , almeno per gli std europei. Il personale è molto gentile , il cibo è buono.

Cadre exceptionnel, resort magnifique
Pros:

La cadre est magnifique, digne d’un resort 5*, avec une piscine commune grande et jolie, et des piscines individuelles pour chaque habitation. Le personnel est bien et certains font la différence, comme Andrés qui a été exceptionnel et à l’écoute vu tous les petits soucis que nous avons rencontrés (panne de clim, panne d’eau chaude, changement de chambre, etc). Le restaurant est bon avec un menu varié.

Cons:

Quelques améliorations possibles dans certaines chambres.
