Pros:

Sempre que viajo para o Rio, seja para Copacabana ou para a Barra, a rede Windsor é a minha escolha certeira de hospedagem! E a experiência no Windsor Tower só confirmou mais uma vez o padrão de excelência da franquia.

Tudo é impecável os quartos são super modernos, extremamente limpos, silenciosos e com uma cama maravilhosa que garante uma noite de sono perfeita. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, com uma área de piscina e rooftop com uma vista linda, além de uma localização super conveniente e segura na Barra.

Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvidas, é a equipe do check-in aos funcionários do restaurante e governança, todos são sempre educados, solícitos e muito atenciosos...

Cons:

Eu já fiz essa observação em outras unidades da rede e vou reforçar aqui novamente como uma sugestão construtiva. Acho que vocês poderiam ter um espaço/vestiário onde os hóspedes pudessem tomar um banho rápido e se trocar após o check-out. Hoje temos apenas a ducha da sauna, mas a água é extremamente gelada (e nem sempre está calor) e o espaço é totalmente aberto, sem privacidade. Não precisa ser nada demais: apenas um vestiário funcional já faria toda a diferença. Muitos hóspedes pegam voos apenas no final do dia ou à noite, e o check-out ao meio-dia acaba deixando a gente sem esse suporte para aproveitar as últimas horas na cidade. Fica aqui a sugestão para melhorar ainda mais a experiência!

O preço cobrado não compensou a estadia.
Pros:

Gostei da localização do hotel, em frente à praia da Barra, porém o preço cobrado não compensou, comparando com outros hotéis da rede Windsor que já me hospedei.

Cons:

Não gostei do local do café da manhã, parecia uma feira de tão cheio, o hotel estava com a ocupação máxima? Talvez fosse preferível reduzir a quantidade de hóspedes ou ampliar o salão. Não gostei também da limpeza do quarto, parecia empoeirado, os elevadores então, nem se fala, sempre lotados e não atendiam a demanda do hotel no período do Rock In Rio, tive que usar as escadas diversas vezes. O preço cobrado não compensou a estadia.

O atendimento é maravilhoso. A vista para o mar espetacular.

Cons:

A limpeza do chão do quarto, pois tinha um pouco de areia, e os sabonetes e shampoo instalados no banheiro, estão muito alto e difícil para o uso.
