Pros:

Me obligaron a pagar el desayuno y ya estaba pagado en Booking
Nos cobraron aguas del cuarto habiendo dicho q eran gratis
Los ascensores mucha espera
Gimnasio minúsculo entran 3 personas cómodas y el hotel es para 600
Pileta muy chica yo iba a las 8 am y un rato nadaba sola el agua muy bien mantenida y divina la pile en la altura
No hay agua ni dispenser y no es potable
Las chicas de recepción no son amables menos una que tiene aparatos en los dientes morocja de pelo lacio muy amorosa
Los varones muy bien
La comida del comedor es riquísima y súper bien atendidos
Así y todo la relación calidad precio está muy bien
Espero me devuelvan la plata de los desayunos y el tiempo perdido en reclamarla
El número q pusieron en el Booking no responde
El desayuno es 10 puntos abudandante y muy variado

Tha location is wonderful, Barra da Tijuca is very clean and safe we place. Tha rooms as spacious comfortable,.the sound proof windows help to decrease noise from the Avenue in front the Hotel. The breakfast is fantastic. I was granted a 2 hours late checkout, which helped a lot.

Cons:

The elevators make some noise inside the rooms that share a wall with the structure. One night,.at 11:30 PM three was a worker e fixing a spotlight in the ceiling,.with a driller. But I just said him it was making noise and he stopped. I think renovations could be done during the day, not at night. But anyway my stay was fantastic.

MUY DISFRUTABLE!
Pros:

Me encantó mi estadía. El hotel es excelente: las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy completo y el restaurante ofrece una propuesta de muy buena calidad.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y calidez de todo el personal, que hizo que nos sintiéramos realmente bienvenidos durante toda la estadía.

Sin dudas, fue una experiencia muy agradable y volveremos con mucho gusto. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Cons:

Como único punto a mejorar, el gimnasio es bastante pequeño. Si coincide más de una persona usándolo al mismo tiempo, resulta difícil entrenar con comodidad.

Great stay in lovely area
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was just across the road from the beach. The bed was huge! And very comfortable with different types of pillows provided so you could pick one that suited you. Shower was strong and hot. Towels were provided for the pool/beach. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Nothing really. The only small inconvenience was that cleaning came quite early, around 9am, so I was never ready to let them in. However the receptionist did call my room and ask if there was anything I needed which was a nice touch.
