Pros:

The location is ok.. nearby shop .. got parking near by..

Cons:

Facilities in room.. toilet got something smelly.. need to put some toilet freshener.. for bed is old and not comfortable.. same goes to pillow .. got stain on bed sheets also.. for blanket not enough to used.. small one for 2 person and for 1 person also.. when sleep got itchy on body.. need more improvement

Pros:

Not much... Just cheaper than many nearby facility

Cons:

Very much not clean.. Ants in many place. Bathroom smelly and shower not working. No hot water. Door of bathroom cannot close. Some sort of unwanted noise in nearby room. If ur alone it's OK... If with family means highly not recommended
