Funky place but not for a seasoned traveller.
Pros:

The property is in a good location and the staff were attentive.

Cons:

The check in procedure at the bar on the 4th floor using the check in computers is rubbish. It may save money but it us not an improvement, if you make a mistake you cannot easily amend your mistake, you have to go through the whole procedure again. Just time consuming and a pain after having to walk 200 metres from the nearest car park in 30 degree heat. Also if you have a drink in the bar on the 4th floor and need to use the toilet, that is on the 2nd floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The rooms are exceedingly small and the bathroom/ sink arrangement would be better suited to a cell in a prison.

Pros:

The staff was very nice however the place felt very small. There was a shelf going across the front of the room which cut off a bit of space. The bathroom did not have a real door that shut. It said there was a/c but we never really felt any type of air or coolness coming through. It did the trick in the end and it was fine but just a bit disappointed for the price it was.

Sehr nettes Hotel, gute Lage und ruhig
Pros:

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, tolles Frühstück, angenehmes sitzen in der Bar. Das Personal überwiegend sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das Personal in der Bar bzw. Beim Frühstück überfordert und / oder zu wenig eingewiesen war. ( z.B. fehlender Nachschub am Buffet, abräumen und säubern der Tische, Terrasse oftmals mit den "Überresten" vom Vorabend etc.)

Top Lage für Stadthotel, gerne wieder mit einem Zimmer zum Innenhof
Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof, sehr netter Service und originelle Einrichtung mit einer Top Terrasse auf dem obersten Geschoss

Cons:

Zimmer war zu Strauße raus und die Straßenbahn war durch die Fenster zu hören und die Lüftungsanlage war nicht sehr aktiv

Pros:

Dachterrasse und Location sind super. Drink aufs Haus wenn man keinen Zimmerservice braucht.

Cons:

Frühstücken sollte gut getimed sein damit man Auswahl hat und auf Heißgetränke nicht so lange warten muss - aber das kann man ja selbst bestimmen : )
