Excellent position, clean bright room.
Cons:

Only problem is that you can’t reach the Hotel personally. You call a Geneva number, but get a call Center who know nothing. Also no way of contacting any hotel staff from your room, as there are no phones.

A nice central hotel but chaotic
Pros:

We stay here for 1 night as a stop over, having booked 2 rooms. Although the rooms offered were on the same floor, they were at opposite ends.

During checkin, we would have raised this, but check-in is chaos! You are forced to self check in using an IPad and then code your own card. After 5 attempts and help from the receptionist 3 times, we managed it.

Why can’t you just check in the old way???

Even the bar service in the evening was slow, we gave up and went to bed.

The hotel is well located, minutes from the lake and 10-15 mins from the fountain. Parking is at the Mont Blanc car park, 3 mins away.

Quirky hotel
Pros:

The pro's:
- central location, at walking distance to city center, lake and train station
- quirky hotel, hip concept, something different
- good breakfast which also offers healthy options
- nice rooftop terrace
- lounge for working
- good beds

The cons:
- Overpriced for the features and service offered
- Access to the shower via the toilet is weird
- No coffee/tea setting facilities in the room
- Self-service check-in which takes time and is a hassle (link sent previously by e-mail did not work). Generally not what you expect for a hotel at this price-point
