Good location, many basic service lacks.
Pros:

The only good thing about the hotel is location and how quick you can do check out. As there are no amenities in the hotel, there is literally nothing to do for checkut other than returning your room card which you are asked to drop it in a box in the lift.

Cons:

Despite its excellent location, the hotel was disappointing in several ways. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to squeeze between the TV and the bed to reach the other side. Cleanliness was below expectations, the towels looked almost grey rather than white, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. The reception is on the top floor, making the hotel confusing to navigate when you first arrive. Worse still, staff were almost impossible to find, and reception was constantly crowded. We weren't provided with the complimentary Geneva Transport Card, which hotel guests are entitled to, and my message on the day of arrival went completely unanswered. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and virtually nonexistent customer service made for a disappointing stay.
