Perfect Location, comfy facilities
Pros:

Location, staff, facilities, vibe, decor, etc etc. Overall very very good

Cons:

In the spring/summer the duvets are too warm, but if you remove them you'll feel cold, I think it would be nice to have cooler duvets for this particular time of the year. Also they could be a bit bigger... they are a bit short, but is me being picky as everything else is great

It was good
Pros:

I faced a problem with first room leakage from the ceiling then they transfer me to another room I faced another leakage at the bathroom seat
That was disappointed

Pros:

Très bon séjour au Ruby Clair Hôtel. Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, il permet tout à pied. L’établissement est propre, moderne et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est particulièrement impliqué, sympathique et professionnel. Toujours à l’écoute, il veille à la satisfaction des clients et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
