Pros:

The problem is - I was overcharged for my booking and it has been 10 days i can’t get my refund back and now when it’s over I am already in another country and trying to fix it- all they do is ignoring me. Also I forgot my hair straightener and asked my friend to go to the hotel and take it back - they say it’s not here and they will let me know when they find it. And also asked her to make sure if everything okay with my refund request - they said i need to text them again cause the chat was missed by them and i texted - still no answer.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und gutes frühstück. Die Zimmer, die man als Alleinreisende zugewiesen bekommt, sind meist nicht too of the top. Hier war es ein Zimmer im EG, wo die Dackel durchs Fenster schauen können. Mit geschlossenen Vorhängen und Klimaanlage ging es.

Pros:

Het was heel rustig op de kamer, ook al ligt het hotel in het centrum.
Fijn ontbijt met veel keus.
Fijne douche en schone kamer.
Twee soorten kussens op het bed (2 zachte en 2 stevige) om naar je eigen voorkeur te kiezen. Top !
Prettige service aan receptie.
Personeel heel vriendelijk.
We mochten etenswaren wat we gekocht hadden voor de volgende dag, in de koeling van het hotel leggen zodat het goed bleef.

Cons:

We hadden moeite om zelf de temperatuur van de kamer in te stellen. We kregen wel de airco harder en zachter, maar instellen van de gewenste temperatuur lukte niet.
