Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Kaffee war super. Alles wurde sofort wieder aufgefüllt.

une déception sur toute la ligne

La localisation

Cons:

la télé était cassée et est restée allumée toute la nuit. Impossible de l'éteindre. Nous avons été obligées de mettre toutes les serviettes de toilette pour réduire la luminosité. Quand on a prévenu le personnel, il n'a rien pu faire et quand on a indiqué notre mécontentement et demandé un geste commercial, on a reçu une fin de non-recevoir.
Tout ceci a été ajouté à 1. des ascenseurs en panne alors que ma mère était en fauteuil roulant et 2. à l'absence de chambres mitoyennes alors que notre demande avait été acceptée. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très déçues de notre séjour et de la gestion par le personnel de la situation. La direction devait nous recontacter et deux mois après toujours aucune nouvelle....

Tolle Stadt mit minimalistischem Hotel zum 5 Sterne Preis

Die Lage ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank, kleiner Speisesaal, zudem dort sehr laut, Geschirr mit Tablett wie bei einer burgerkette oder Mensa , dafür ist der Preis viel zu hoch….

Everything was perfect, the location was very good literally in the city. Very nice that they also have free breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and helpful too. I would love to come here again!

Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu und liegt nah am Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Das der empfohlene Parkplatz sehr teuer ist

Gutes Hotel in Top-Lage. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Personal war immer freundlich. Eigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht. Anstatt 120,- € für die Plätze in der Stadt haben wir P+R Luchtbal genutzt. Gesamtkosten incl. Bahn für Hin- und Rückweg lagen bei 20,- €.
Linie 1 fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist etwas langsam und "benimmt" sich nicht immer logisch.
