Pros:

Sehr freundlich und geduldig.

Cons:

Klimaanlage zu kalt gestellt. Bei Außentemperaturen vom 40 Grad, ist ein auf 17 Grad gekühltes Zimmer wie ein Kühlschrank.
Es wäre schön, wenn der Zimmerservice das reguliert, wenn die Vormieter einen Kuhlschrank eingestellt haben.

Een.mooi proper modern hotel

Cons:

Wij hadden 3 kamers geboekt 2 kamers met kingsize bed en 1 met gewoon bed maar de bedden waren allemaal even klein dit vonden we niet zo eerlijk prijs kwaliteit vind ik het hotel zin prijs niet waard

Der Rooftop Pool war super.
Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück am Sonntag war sehr leergefegt. Man konnte den Eindruck gewinnen, dass alles aufgehoben wurde, damit der Brunch am Sonntag gut läuft.
Ich hätte mir Bademäntel / Pool Handtücher auf dem Zimmer gewünscht.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Restaurant war das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthalts – das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich. Für eine einzelne Übernachtung ist das Hotel grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Lage und das Restaurant konnten den Aufenthalt teilweise aufwerten.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich entspricht weder den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel noch den Fotos: Der Pool ist klein, nicht spürbar beheizt und zusammen mit den kleinen Saunen durch externe Besucher dauerhaft überfüllt. Auch die Organisation war enttäuschend – geschlossene Poolbar, mangelhafte Informationen zum Sonntagsbuffet sowie kein Kuchen am Nachmittag. Zudem wurden unser Zimmer trotz Reinigungswunsch weder gereinigt noch mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt, wodurch wir uns als Hotelgäste eher zweitrangig fühlten.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff and hotel, amenities were great. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with it's great variety. Very delicious.

Nice but not perfect place for stay
Pros:

Great work of reception and restaurant staff, attention to details.
Good breakfasts.
Nice modern rooms, good modern AC.

Cons:

No transparency on stay of home pets: the price of stay has not been shown on Booking, and it is as high as 25 EUR per night!
Poor quality of room service: not washing glasses, bedding has not been changed within a few days. Even toliet paper has not been added.
Rooftop pool and restaurant suffer from flying wasps, very annoying.
Rooms are quite small and not soundproof at all, a lot of noise from other rooms coming in.
Screen mirroring in the rooms is not working, so TV was useless.
No fridge and no iron in the room.
Parking is 12 EUR per night, even though the hotel is not in the city center, this is not typical.
