Pros:

Super hotel étape lors d’un road trip. À proximité de l’autoroute, très propre et confortable, calme, excellent petit déjeuner. Idéal en famille.

Pros:

Séjour d'une nuit. L'intérêt principal de cet établissement était pour nous d'être près de l'autoroute. Objectif rempli. L'établissement est très bien, propre et calme. Les équipes sont efficaces. Et ils mettent à disposition des glaces gratuites :-)

我们前后两次入住Garner Hotel Augsburg Nord by IHG，每次预订2间房，各住一晚。第一次入住体验很不错，可以给到9分；但第二次入住只能够给到7分，体验落差比较大。

酒店的优点很突出：地理位置紧邻高速，自驾出行非常方便，整体符合四星级酒店标准。床铺睡感舒适，卫生大体尚可，酒店工作人员待人友善，整体服务水平不错。特别感谢：第一次退房时我们不慎遗落耳机，酒店妥善保管，我们第二次入住时顺利取回，这点值得肯定。

早餐方面，第一次入住十分满意，各类食材新鲜，菜品都是现做。

Cons:

第二次入住早餐品质有所下滑，部分菜品例如香肠已经发干干瘪。作为一家四星连锁酒店，希望可以维持服务和餐食品质的一致性。

另外第二次我们晚上20点之后办理入住，被分配到位置很偏僻的客房，这间房间看起来很久没有客人入住过。枕头有明显异味，入住之后皮肤发痒不适；窗户角落还能看到蜘蛛网。退房的时候，我们看到保洁人员在走廊玩手机休息，推测房间没有按照标准流程完成彻底清扫，对此我们感到有些失望。

Modern hotel. Heel schone, comfortabele kamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Cons:

Het ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden van het centrum op een soort industrie/bedrijventerrein. Betalen voor parkeren op zo een groot terrein.
