Pros:

Great Locatuon, Calm , clean and close to everything. Beautiful building I got upgraded to the suit which was fenomenal. Very friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit better very much the standard, and the warm dishes were not great.

Hotel foi sensacional, localização, cafe da manha, estrutura do quarto, limpeza e decoração do hotel de modo geral. Nossa estadia foi bem agradavel.

Cons:

Dei nota 0 para atendimento/ equipe por conta de um de um unico funcionario Roberto del prado. Precisei estender uma noite extra, e por volta das 20hs me dirigi a recepção e fui informado que o hotel estava tranquilo e tinha vagas, e esta informação eu tambem pude conferir pelo booking pois fiz a consulta de valores pelo app.
Quando eu voltei do jantar por volta das 23.45hs quem estava na recepção era Roberto Del prado, o qual me informou que o hotel estava completamente lotado e que ele não conseguiria me atender em uma noite extra. Confesso que fiquei extremamente surpreso e inconformado pois há 2 horas atras , o hotel estava tranquilo com relação ha disponibilidade de vagas, fiquei inconformado com a resposta do Roberto e na mesma hora fui tentar fazer a reserva pelo booking e sim possuia vagas, eu ia fazer a reserva pelo app do booking, porem inexplicavelmente segundos antes de eu conseguir reservar, começou a apresentar erros, porem qdo nao ha vagas, nos usuarios nao conseguimos avançar ate o ponto onde eu estava no app, e como se alguem tivesse inibido eu conseguir operar pelo app booking ( bloqueado ).
no dia seguinte fui contatado pela srta cristina Baturone, (guest experience manager) a qual prontamente resolveu a situação, ( apareceu uma vaga extra para mais uma noite) a qual agradeço pela atençao e ter resolvido este ponto, por fim senao fosse esse incidente isolado seria nota 10 para tudo.
Outro solução que o Roberto del prado poderia ter dado, era ter oferecido os outros 2 hoteis do grupo que ficam praticamente em frente ao hotel que eu estava e o mesmo não o fez, pois os outros 2 estabelecimentos possuiam vagas.
Por fim recomendo sim este hotel, mas nao poderia de forma alguma deixar de registar esse incidente.

The staff, the location, the beautiful hotel, the food, the drink, everything about this luxurious boutique hotel is amazing! Our second time returning and won't be our last!

Cons:

The only suggestion is to have the staff up on the rooftop pool bar more frequently, they're short staffed so the phone to ring down to the bar to get staff to come up was a little tedious during happy hour and needing a drink or food! Bit other than that, pure perfection

A wonderful base for exploring beautiful Seville

The location was perfect, the hotel staff so helpful and friendly and the room (upgraded to a superior with balcony) was superb!

Os funcionários eram simpáticos e o ambiente geral do hotel era bom.
A localização é excelente, a piscina na cobertura é um bónus simpático para uma pausa ao final da tarde, depois de longo passeio pela cidade.

Cons:

O preço do pequeno almoço no Booking é quase o dobro do que é cobrado diretamente no hotel. É bom, mas não deslumbra.
Perguntaram se queríamos ficar em quartos juntos (pais e filhos) e disse que preferia quartos bons e bonitos, mesmo que afastados. Mas o quarto que nos deram (pais) era interior, com janela para um pequeno saguão.
