Schönes, modernes Ambiente
Pros:

Schönes, modernes Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind charmant und wohlig gestaltet und sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Betten. Schönes, praktisches Bad.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war eher distanziert. Die Kommunikation war auf das absolut Nötigste begrenzt. Das Frühstück war ok. Aber auch nicht mehr.

Lage war sehr gut, nah zur Innenstadt, gute Anbindung mit S-Bahn. U-Bahn war aktuell nicht so gut wegen Baustelle.

Cons:

Frühstück zu teuer.
Zimmer zu klein. Kein Schrank vorhanden. Nur eine kleine Garderobe mit Hutablagefach. Für 5 Nächte aus dem Koffer gelebt, selbst für diese war kaum Platz

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Hotel!
Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
15 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und S Bahn.
Würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Eine kleine Anregung wäre das es, im Badezimmer kaum Möglichkeiten gab um nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen. In der Dusche wäre evtl ein Handtuchhalter und auch gegenüber vom WC angebracht. Mit 2 Personen nach dem Duschen wußte man nicht wohin mit den Handtüchern.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, gleich welchen Bereiches.Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr ausreichend. Für Jeden was dabei.
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca 15 Minuten, auch Top Lage wenn es schnell gehen soll.
Zimmer komplett Neu und Sauber.

Cons:

Obwohl die Zimmer neu sind gab es sehr wenig Platz für die Koffer zudem auch keinen Schrank oder ähnliches.
Was toll ist das man verschiedene Getränke, Snacks oder Pflegemittel in einem kleinen " Bedienabteil" erwerben kann. Allerdings ist es mehr als überaus teuer! Als Beispiel: eine Tafel M. Schokolade 🍫 über 4 € grenzt ansatzweise nicht an die Realität.
