Pros:

Die zentrale Lage zu allen Aktivitäten die man dort in Hamburg unternimmt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super und sauber.

Cons:

Da es sehr heiß war funktionierten die Klimaanlage auf einigen Zimmern nicht . Leider keine Meldung vom Hotel oder gratis Wasser z.B. Nur auf Nachfrage wurde das uns gesagt. Preis war dann sehr hoch für ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage

Die Lage, Frühstück und Service waren gut bis sehr gut.
Nach Bezug des Zimmers wurde nachgefragt ob alles sauber wäre, fand ich äußerst komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ziemlich klein, für uns mit 1 Nacht Aufenthalt ausreichend, ansonsten hätte man Probleme gehabt Gepäck zu verstauen. Im Badezimmer funktionierte eine Lampe nicht, so dass der Spiegel nicht beleuchtet wurde. Man konnte auf den Spiegel im Flur ausweichen

Confirmed Booking? Think Again – We Were Relocated Late at Night
Cons:

Our group had a very disappointing experience. Despite having a confirmed booking, we arrived late in the evening only to be told the hotel had been overbooked.

We were then relocated to a completely different hotel late at night, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long day of travelling.

This disrupted our plans and meant we couldn't stay where we had specifically chosen to book.

Poor organisation and an unacceptable way to treat paying guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Sängarna. Väldigt smala sängar och alldeles för smalt täcke att dela för två personer. Konstigt material i sängkläderna.

Pænt værelse med AC. Der var rent.
Badeværelset var lille men funktionelt.
Rigtig fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Det var lidt langt fra centrum af byen i forhold til det vi havde håbet. Kan klares med en tur med u-bahn eller med el løbehjul.
