breakfest was ok, the room was nice & quiet, the staff were welcoming, it was mostly nice & fair for the price, close to the shopping center & 7-eleven
I think the room had some bed-bugs, but the staff was understanding about it & they changed my bed-sheets, also, it wasn't close to the beaches
The experience was excellent. In Australia I owned hotels restaurants tavern. I was impressed the way staff provided excellent service extremely well mannered and polite
No complaints
The Restaurant staff in the breakfast room are super efficient and friendly. The choice for breakfast is more than adequate for what you pay . The coffee from the machine isn't the best but there is a good coffee shop next door, however the breakfast items get your day off to the great start. Reception Team are friendly depending who's working that day.

I've stayed at this hotel maybe 30 times and the staff don't have a loyalty program or actually recognize you as a repeat guests, however its near my office but retaining guests should be considered to get people back in the door.
It’s a great hotel for the value you pay , they take care of every detail , very simple formalities , practical rooms , breakfast that includes everything , hotel in close proximity to shopping centers and coffee shops . Great value
You could get some voices between rooms , partitions could use some acoustic treatment ,
O hotel é bom boa piscina, O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente o local está a próximo à loja de conveniência zona não muito agitada como pantong por exemplo ótimo pequeno almoço com variedade e está próximo central Phuket creio que seja o maior centro comercial de Phuket
O quarto que estivemos hospedado tinha uma cheiro desagradável e insuportável vindo da casa de banho pedimos a recepção que nos trocassem de quarto e nos atenderam no dia seguinte

The cleanliness and staff friendliness

I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is very complete and delicious, with plenty of options. They also have a pool, which we really enjoyed as a family. The rooms are comfortable, and the bed was cozy, making our stay very pleasant.
The only downsides are that, like in many places in Thailand, the bathrooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, as there was noticeable mold on the walls and floors. Also, even though there are signs asking for silence, some guests are not very respectful of the noise in the hallway

I had a disappointing experience at Travelodge Phuket. The check-in process was particularly frustrating due to the staff’s attitude. The receptionist was unhelpful and came across as quite rude, which made the experience uncomfortable right from the start.
I was told to wait 30 minutes at the reception without any proper explanation or attempt to assist, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. After a long journey, this was not the kind of welcome I expected.
Overall, the service at the front desk really needs improvement, as it significantly impacts the guest experience.

La piscine est superbe mais est malheureusement très tôt à l’ombre. Le personnel est adorable. L’endroit est calme.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à mon goût. L’emplacement ne me convenait pas (trop loin de la plage).
