小缺點若改善，它算是一間值得推薦的飯店。
Pros:

一樓公共區域規劃得很好。

Cons:

我住的是B0303A，
是上舖，上床舖的樓梯髒。還有床位旁四周牆壁（好像貼壁紙）好像發霉，佈滿約一元大小的斑塊。

Pros:

房間寬敞，環境乾淨，隔音好，不會被打擾，餐廳早餐好吃，用餐環境舒適的，食材物超所值。
訂四人房，實際用餐人數只有三位，服務人員還主動詢問第四份餐點是否需要外帶，雖然我沒有外帶需求，但主動詢問讓人覺得感受很棒，是值得再訪的飯店。

Pros:

非常幸運我這一間只有我，所以我偽包房非常舒適；有密碼櫃能放私人物品，整體非常乾淨新穎。

Cons:

1.我是機車旅行，機車位非常非常少且戶外會淋雨。
2.我幸運這次旅客少，但可預見旅行旺季時浴廁一定會不敷使用
3.浴室密碼式很不方便、房內垃圾桶沒有垃圾袋
4.浴室通風不佳，會有濕悶臭的問題
5.自助退房時要翻出入住時的單子輸入房號，還好沒丟(房號太長了很多冗字，希望能簡化)

Pros:

自助辦入住，很方便，只是不太習慣櫃檯沒有工作人員，今天住單人床背包床位，平日整個房間只有我一個人，其實蠻可怕的，但好在有打給服務人員有立馬處理，床位類似膠囊旅館是很舒適的，只是下次我應該會選擇住花蓮市區，郊區平日入住人口少，真的很可怕，背包客房是沒有含早餐，可加價$500/人

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem hilfsbereiten Personal.

Cons:

Der Online-Check- In ist eher lästig, ebenso sind die nicht verbundenen Häuser zum Restaurant sehr ungewöhnlich, vor allem bei Regen. Etwas genauere Infos zum Besuch der Schlucht wären noch eine Anregung.
