Boa localização , custo benefício bom , só precisa melhorar alguns detalhes

Hotel em si é muito bom , bem localizado , os quartos são pequenos mas aconchegante

Cons:

Banheiro , o ralo não vencia escoar a água virava uma piscina no box , as recepcionistas são péssimas , precisa melhorar o atendimento ao cliente , café da manhã acabava os produtos e não iam repondo , achei fraco

A localização é ótima, o estacionamento, embora apertado é importante. O chuveiro é ótimo.

Cons:

Achei o quarto bem apertado. Estávamos com nossa Pet e o espaço não foi legal. Os empregados precisam ser mais atenciosos, acho que falta treinamento de atendimento.

Banheiro mofado no teto, vazamento de água por todo banheiro, chegando até o quarto. Quarto muito apertado. Além disso, houve um problema no meu check in e quando estava no quarto trocando de roupa, entrou outro hóspede que foi direcionado para o mesmo quarto, mesmo eu tendo assinado a ficha de check in. Foi muito constrangedor e Inacreditável!!!
