Stayed at QT Newcastle last week and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was beautifully presented, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with QT's signature style and personality shining through.
Every detail felt considered.
The staff were the real standout though. Warm, attentive and genuinely engaged from check in to check out, with nothing feeling forced or scripted. It's the kind of service that makes a stay memorable rather than just comfortable.
Highly recommend QT Newcastle to anyone after a stylish stay backed by genuinely impeccable service.

we did like the decor and artsy theme.
was promised a view but wasnt. because you cant open windows there is a lot of dust which im allergic to. air vent for bathroom was not over the bathroom. could not store our own items in the fridge. we got food poisoning and staff said they would bring toilet paper but never did. for a 5 star hotel we were told we had to always request things to be done like change of sheets or cleaning, that should be thing without asking for a 5 star hotel. food and drinks were very over priced compared to other places we have stayed and surrounding the hotel.
