חדרים מרווחים , מיקום נפלא ,שירות נהדר של צוות הקבלה

Cons:

הצפייה ממלון כזה לקבל שירות גם בפרטים הקטנים
בארוחת הבוקר נדרשנו לשלם על אספרסו וכשבקשתי לטגן את ביצת העין בשני הצדדים נתקלתי בסירוב וחבל כי המלון מושלם וזה בהחלט מחבל בחוויה הכוללת

Jederzeit wieder als unsere Unterkunft in der Hauptstadt.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, für uns nach Besichtigung anderer das beste in dieser Gegend. Sehr komfortabel, super nette Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Sehr hilfsbereit und lustig. Abendessen und Frühstück top.

Expensive hotel, but worth it. The room was large and had lots of space to live out of.
Pros:

Our room had lots of storage space, so that we could actually unpack our things. I.e., big shelf in the bathroom; a big hutch with multiple drawers and lots of hangers to hang our clothes on; long bench and nice-size desk. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious.

Honestly, nothing!

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom designs were beautiful. Staff was excellent and professional. Spa area was quiet and well designed.

Food was great and served hot. staff very friendly and of great assistance to us.

Cons:

I dislike black bathroom as can be dangerous specially at night. tv was on wall at side of bed so had to stretch neck to see. one chair for two people. bathroom was a large as bedroom which is strange as could have added and extra chair or seating .

A good hotel in a great location for couples who prefer to travel independently.
Pros:

A beautifully presented hotel with a great dining area for breakfast & dinner. Very helpful staff as I did an upgrade on arrival finding the available standard room too small. Our room was beautiful.

É caro, mas vale cada centavo!!!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, apesar de no mapa parecer distante do centro. Tem um excelente restaurante, onde é servido o café da manhã ( caso vc tenha incluído na hospedagem) e com desconto para hóspedes. Muitos restaurantes, lojas, street food, e o old harbor (se você marcou whale watching) , walk distance. Praticamente, na frente do hotel há duas paradas de ônibus para transfer flybus do aeroporto e bus stop para os tours: pond 3 ( do mesmo lado do hotel) e pond 2, atravessando a rua. Portanto, isso é muito importante para não gastar com taxi, que é MUUITO caro na Islândia. Quarto com bastante espaço (anexo) com cama muito confortável, pequena sala com microondas, frigobar e utilidades para fazer refeições, banheiro com bastante espaço e chuveiro excelente. Arrumação de quarto diariamente. Pessoas muito simpáticas e profissionais. O hotel é caro , mas vale cada centavo!!
