The staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was stale and the eating areas dirty. The rooms were not as clean, the sheets had holes in them and the restroom was rusty and not clean. Lastly, the location after 6 PM was not accessible via car and this affected our stay terribly, that was not disclosed in the ad.

La localisation, le service à la clientèle, le personnel sont les points for de cet établissement. Le ménage était fait
Pros:

L’accueil. Les réceptionnistes étaient particulièrement attentifs et répondaient spontanément à nos demandes. Leurs conseils étaient très utiles et pertinents. Tout particulièrement le réceptionniste de nuit, très sympathique et respectueux.
Le ménage est fait tout les jours
L’eau et le thé disponible gratuitement tout les jours.

Cons:

Les équipements un plutôt basique et La literie moyennement confortable.
Les chats au petit déjeuner pour les personnes qui sont allergique ça pourrait être un soucis

Pros:

I would especially like to thank Adem and Berat. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and polite, and they helped me several times. Since I don’t speak Turkish, they were always there to help me whenever I needed it. The hospitality was truly amazing.

I highly recommend this place. You can walk to many of the main attractions and places, and there is also a metro station very close by. The room is small but very clean.

Overall, it was a very special experience, and I’m really grateful for everything!

Foarte mare mizerie, totul vechi si murdar, lenjerie patata. Am cerut camera cu pat matrimonial si am primit camera cu 2 paturi.Camera extrem de mica , geamul foarte mic unde nu patrunde lumina.Mancarea nota 1!
Deci.....NU ACEST HOTEL!

Pros:

The location, comfort, and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay, especially Berat, he was very professional and helpful. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Cons:

Improvements can be done regarding the breakfast, some renovations, and slight extra care towards cleanliness. However, they were not that bad, honestly, overall, it was a good value for money.
