Comfort!
Pros:

Onze kamer was heel groot met veel confort. Ontbijt was heerlijk en personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

De douchekraan sprong soms van warm naar koud. Wasbak is aan de lage en kleine kant.

Zoals altijd een hotelverblijf precies zoals je je maar kunt wensen. Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende service en een hypermoderne kamer – allemaal op een centrale locatie. En dan hebben we het nog niet eens over het heerlijke ontbijtbuffet. We kijken nu al uit naar ons volgende bezoek.

Superb View
Pros:

We stayed a night with my family. We had very pleasant stay in a room with amazing mountain and ERZERUM SPOR's stadium view.
Cabin / showers were clean and tidy.
Very friendly and warm staff.
24 HRS restaurant....

Жили в отеле 3.5 года назад. Очень понравилось! Решили остановиться снова. В этот раз понравилось меньше:( вайфай в номере просто не работал..пришлось подключать роуминг, чтоб принять и отправить сообщение. В ресторане не было англоязычного персонала. На трех человек в номере дали 2 комплекта полотенец...
