Amazing. Breathtaking, welcoming, I never wanted to leave (I had 4 nights)
Pros:

From entering the main floor, I was taken aback at the artwork surrounding me. The different cozy locations on the ground floor inviting me to sit and spend a quiet moment. One area had a nice size TV for the guys to gather and watch the sports. Books line everwhere! Then there were more books! Perfect lighting and huge windows to look outside and view the busy walkways. Silence. The building seemed soundproof but for the occasional emergency cars keeping the town safe. My room was fit for a Princess. White, clean, perfect. The bed surrounded by more white clean sheets and inviting super large pillows perfect for laying in bed and watching out the lovely window down at the busy city. The rooms controls, lights/ climate/ front desk, all at my fingertips. The colored lights in the showers mixed with the lovely 'night time' sounds emitting from the tv. Soft, nice... I drooled I slept so well. I'll never for get CitizenM.

Cons:

I had to think hard about this. I was on the 9th out of 10 floors. The waterpressure was very low, but I did manage to get my hair rinsed.

Staff was great and breakfast exceeded my expectations. The lobby area was really nice too.

Pros:

I love the security precautions. You had to use your keycard to use the elevator and to access the lobby after 8pm. The hotel was clean and accommodating. All the staff were kind and helpful when needed. I also liked that the breakfast had different options everyday. The rooms were very compact, but equally efficient in the layout. So this is a great choice for solo travelers or 2 people who are comfortable being in a smaller space together. The lobby decor felt kinda random, but it was still fun

Cons:

The window didn't open. And the decor/colors in the hallways and throughout the hotel were a bit unsettling. Lots of red tones and all the "people" in the decor give off uncanny valley vibes. By the end of our trip we nicknamed it Murder Hotel lol but I would still choose to stay here again.

Pros:

I really enjoyed this hotel. In the morning, I wanted some decaf coffee, and even though it wasn't on the complimentary table, staff made it for me for free. The check in staff was also really helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous.

Cons:

The room is extra small, but I knew that going in- so it's all good.
