Would stay there agin.
Pros:

Across the street from the pier. A short 10 min walk to Pikes Market and Chinatown. Very clean and the staff is great. Good breakfast.

Cons:

My room was good for 1 person but the location of the bed would be difficult for 2 people as one side of the bed is completely against the window. You can not enter or exit from that side.

Pros:

Der Käse beim Frühstück war sehr sparsam aufgetischt. Das Auffüllen erfolgte nur unaufmerksam, am Wochenende unterhielten sich die Mitarbeiter + kümmerten sich nicht um Nachschub. Ähnlich ging es auch beim Kaffee zu.
Zutaten für Müsli waren nur umständlich zugänglich, da die Behälter unter einer Glasscheibe standen.. Man konnte meinen, das Hotel wollte ein üppiges Frühstück erschweren..

Cons:

Das Bett und die Aussicht waren ok, aber das Zimmer war extrem klein. Jedesmal wenn ich ins Zimmer zurückkam, mußte ich wieder die Rolläden hoch machen. Die Konzentration auf die Nutzung des iPad läßt keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen. Es ist eine sterile Atmosphäre.

Exceptional
Pros:

Location was great, staff were friendly, comfortable bed. Room small but works. We loved it! Technology in the room not something we've experienced before, everything operates off the ipad including, lights, TV, windows blinds, cleaning service, everything.
Loved our stay here & would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. Could not fault!

Pros:

A unique hotel experience for a 70 year old. Everything from check in and out , to room TV, lights, blinds, etc is run by state of the art technology.
The morning breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel.

Get what you want, without getting what you don’t need.
Pros:

It had everything we need without the extras that we don’t need.
After some initial difficulties getting in the building on our arrival, everything was wonderful.

Cons:

Only our difficulty in getting in the first night. I get that given the number of street people in Seattle you need to be selective about who you let in. But, it feels odd to be locked out of the place you are staying.

Not pleased with the experience
Pros:

Good location, room was clean

Cons:

Breakfast was overpriced, cold. We were booked for two nights, we’re called the morning after first night, reminding us it was time to leave, I explained we had reservations for 2 nights, she searched her records and found the reservation, but I still had to go to the desk and re-check in- very inconvenient, then 10 minutes later, someone knocked on our door, telling us it was time to check out, had to explain the whole mix up to her… poor communication with your staff, obviously!!! If we had not been in our room when she had called, I’m not sure what would have happened!! Plus, there is wallpaper in the lobby with a troll giving “the finger”. Pretty offensive

Pros:

Location was fantastic lovely water view from our room, easy to find your way around downtown, close to the waterfront, cafes, restaurants, public transport and tourist sites.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were very compact. Bed needs to be in a better position as it was difficult climbing over my spouse when getting in and out of bed.
Having the head of the bed against the window would even be a better position.
