Great location, very clean, nice decor

Cons:

Room was CRAZY small. The photos are very deceiving. They mostly show the accessible room. In our room the bed was only accessible on one side. You had to crawl over your partner to get out. View was above the bed, so unless you were standing on the bed you can’t get the full view (which was beautiful). The bathroom was a frosted glass pod with a toilet and a shower. The sink was in the room. The bathroom did I not feel private. The shower was a trickle, the sink’s power plug didn’t work which made getting ready was difficult.

A great place to stay to enjoy the waterfront and pike place. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Perfect situation by the waterfront. Fun decor. Excellent staff.

Cons:

Rooms are very small. We knew that when we booked so it did not come as a surprise.

Deport "Citizen M"
Pros:

Staff were generous and extremely helpful. Breakfast, except for the eggs was very good. The facility was good.

Cons:

The rooms are minimal. They are sterile and unfriendly. I will never stay in a "Citizen M again! Every corner is dangerously sharp and thoughtless in thier positioning.( I bare wounds on my shins because of the bed) The dependence upon digital information and accounting is very off putting to those seeking a relaxed and accepting atmosphere. If it hadn't been for the helpful staff and the extensions of Gregg, the Mgr. We would moved out the first night.

Very nice, comfortable overnight stay
Pros:

Very modern, very clean. We were able to drop off luggage in the morning to hold until afternoon check in time. It is located right across the street from the ferry port and also close (about six blocks) from the railway. You had to pay for breakfast buffet (we did not) but did get free coffee in the mirning

Great location, nice decor , good breakfast. Nice staff.

Cons:

Room too small. Also not a fan of working lights, blinds,curtains, TV via an iPad app. A bit overwhelmed for my generation.

great location walkable to a lot of of things and very clean

Loved that it was a newer property and great location

Cons:

My husband hated the bed situation we felt 2 twin beds would've been a better set up for the room. we dontlipe having to crawl over someone to get out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, size is a little small but we made it work it was only for 1 night. I don't think we would stay for more than 1 night with the cramped quarters

Great time cool vibes and exceptional location
Pros:

Great location in historic Pioneer Square within walking distance to abundance of shops and restaurants. Close to Seattle Stadium and the waterfront area. Easy 15 minute walking to Pike Place Market and Belltown.

Perfect location, really cool place
Pros:

Fun, good energy place that felt new and is digitally savvy. Cool to self check-in and select my preferred room based on available level and/or floor options. Staff were very helpful and security was tight. Clean, comfortable room with energy saving controls easy to use. Loved the night shades. Excellent location on the sound next to ferry terminal and 10 min walk to everything!
