Nice Hotel. Dodgy Location. Slightly Overpriced.
Pros:

The hotel design is very cool and modern.

I liked having a smart room, but it was a little smaller than I would’ve wanted for the price.

Cons:

I liked being close to the waterfront area which is very clean and well maintained.

However, I would caution anyone to steer clear of the streets north of the hotel, especially at night.

Too many unhoused mentally ill people and drug addicts for it to feel safe…and I’m from Detroit!

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The extreme need to make everything electronic really detracts from the experience. The bed was comfortable but the room as a whole was capsule like.

Great for solo travellers
Pros:

Nicely wired room: electric blinds, lots of lighting options, air conditioning. Also being able to pick your view on check in. Very clean room, nice and quiet.

Cons:

I was glad I was travelling solo as the room was small (bed boarded by wall on 3 sides!) And the toilet very not private in terms of sound, being opaque glass and no lock.

Great place for overnight stay
Pros:

Great hotel—trendy and beautifully decorated! The rooms are cozy and compact, but so intelligently designed that the size isn't an issue at all. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing. The location right by the cruise pier is both beautiful and super accessible.

As an added bonus, there’s a wonderful French coffee shop called "Mirabelle" just steps from the hotel that is definitely worth visiting for breakfast. Highly recommended—you'll love it!

Would not ever consider staying here again. Of hotels on trip were excellent
