Spend $30 extra dollars and go somewhere nicer 2 blocks away.
Pros:

It’s by Pikes Place

Cons:

It was dirty when we arrived to our room, every surface felt grimy. The floors browned our socks in 2 minutes (see pics). There were silverfish by the sink the second we went in. It reeked of a nursing home. There were paint splatters on the bathroom floor from the obvious rushed flip job the contractor did to the place. We were given a broken pack-n-play for my seven month old to sleep in as the locking mechanism wasn’t working (see pics). The bed is on wheels and moves even after putting the brakes on. There are buttons hanging off the panel in the elevator.

We were offered a late checkout but when we called to claim it we were put through ai agent hell where it eventually forwarded us to a number not in service instead of the front desk. We emailed, texted, and called repeatedly but it took 4 hours for someone to reach back to us and by that point it was near checkout time.

The photos online make it look way nicer than it is. I once mistakenly booked a Crack House on the US side of Niagara Falls for the same reason, misleading pictures. This place reminded me of that. A Marriott property, I almost couldn’t believe it. I felt lied to.

Dissappointed
Pros:

In town,close to everything

Cons:

We arrived had to wait 5 hours, they advised maintenance needed to be done. We went for a walk and look around for 3 hours, upon returning our bags were still in the corridor, not secure behind desk. When we entered the room a sign on the washing machine was not to use it (it had water in it and smelled) only 2 towels for 4 people, not enough cutlery for 4 people, no toaster, TV's did not work, front door had to be slammed as it di not automatically close. No views. once we advised front reception they advised we could look for another property if we wanted. The reception girl came up and fixed 2 of the 3 TV's. Got 2 more towels and toaster (which did not work - had to hold down for it to toast bread. Very dissappinted to say the least

Pros:

Staff did little or nothing to help with drop off or parking suggestions. The entry key pad did not accept the code we were given until several tries later. We were told we could not close the windows and the street noise was very loud, all night.

LOCATION AMAZING and very comfortable
Pros:

Location was extremely ideal for markets, city sights and food!!! Stayed an extra night as the Hop on Hop off bus stop is right outside too. Loved the washer/dryer in the one-bed apartment and the couch was very comfortable to sit and rest after a long day.

Cons:

Cleaning team needs a door stop for rooms they are cleaning - if you see this review - please buy them a door stop so they don’t keep opening and banging door onto the doorframe while cleaning. Some visitors are resting in rooms at times of the day and Bang, Bang, Bang from the doorframe while cleaning is kinda annoying.

Spacious room with many downsides
Pros:

Helpful reception and good location

Cons:

Room was tidy but in very bad condition. Blankets had very disgusting stains on them, window couldnt be closed due to damage and cleaner would play loud music in the morning. This was not worth the price.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Air conditioning was useless. Lack of utensils.

Pros:

The staff are so accommodating, when I had trouble with my room due to asthma, they moved me to an exceptional room ASAP. Love these folks!!

Cons:

The interior rooms face onto an alley/courtyard that's 12x10 feet and when folks run the dryer it vents into this ity-bity courtyard, so you really cannot open the windows.
