Great location but more effort needed to keep it clean.
Pros:

Great location and nice during the day. Good smell.

Cons:

Floors had sticky spots. Got itchy from the bedsheets and found stains in the blanket and the couch. Spot cleaning was obvious since under the bed was covered in thick dust. The white lights are very bright like in a hospital room. Warmer lights would’ve been better.

Pros:

Location. Close to everything its on the flat pave road. 2nd and Pine.

Cons:

My portable AC was not working. Its an old building even after trying to replace with another one, they said its my outlet. So in the kitchen I just left a lil Crack on the window. It did its job. Don't leave big opening though its not screened birds or bugs might get in.

Comfortable accommodations for 2, charming and quiet.
Pros:

The location is in the heart of downtown Seattle walking distance to everything. The size of the apartment was nice with a small sitting area and kitchenette. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. An old building but charming.

Cons:

The building is old and the reception and halls need an upgrade.

The Staff is outstanding!
Pros:

The Staff was the best! They were extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. We stayed a night before an Alaska Cruise & a night after the cruise. We rented a 2-Bedroom Apartment which clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Pike’s Market and lots of Restaurants.

Cons:

The elevator is very small as the building is 100+ years old but a really good job was done on modernizing the Rooms.

Location in city, size of apt good for a couple and 1 child but not more.

Cons:

Parking drop off size, location. Very hard to find and park for drop-off. Size of 2nd bedroom is too small.

Worked for what we needed.
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to access a lot of downtown by foot. Held suitcases until check-in.

Cons:

Would have liked a larger Lobby area to sit and rest while waiting for check-in. Worst was that the bedrooms did not have AC and with closing the doors to the main room at night for sleeping, it got very hot in the bedrooms and made it difficult to sleep well.

Pros:

Liked how close we were to pike place, friendly staff, spacious room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Was able to find a parking garage near by with SpotHero.

Had higher expectations of the room, only thing we liked was the location.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned well. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower curtain smelled of mildew. The kitchen was dirty (coffee pot and counter).
