La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del Gran bazar y del puerto.
La habitación nuestra ( 503) no me gustó nada. Pequeña para 2 personas, la ventana arriba daba a un tejado sucio y la ducha no funcionaba bien, agua caliente sin fuerza.

Enjoyed our stay here! Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Felt like home! Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to main touristic places and public transport stations (both trains and bus). Highly recommend booking this hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at Grand Balyan Hotel in Istanbul from May 24 to May 29. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring the city.
A highlight of our stay was Sophia’s excellent hospitality. She was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Her kindness and dedication made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Balyan Hotel & Restaurant during our first trip to Istanbul. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning, and they even upgraded our room after kindly considering our request. The room was clean, bright, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely the amazing terrace restaurant on the top floor. The view was absolutely stunning and made every breakfast and evening feel even more memorable. It was such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Istanbul.
The hospitality truly stood out and made us feel very welcomed throughout our visit. Thank you to the entire team for helping create such lovely memories in Istanbul. We would happily stay here again!
