Pros:

Zona molto tranquilla, è vicinissimo ad un grande supermercato in caso di necessità di qualcosa e con il tram si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti. Ci sono anche dei ristoranti particolari nei pressi dell'hotel se di interesse

Je n'ai pas pu dormir sur place car l'hôtel Dormero n'a pas trouvé ma réservation
Je ne peux donc pas évaluer les équipements ni le confort
Je suis très mécontente car nous avons du trouver un autre hôtel au dernier moment et avons raté toute notre soirée

Enttäuschender Umgang mit Problemen des Hotels
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers an sich ist schön, das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut angebunden.

Cons:

Man sagte mir erst bei Ankunft, dass die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel kaputt sei. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten meinerseits im Voraus habe ich auf diese keine Antwort bekommen und wurde auch nicht vorab darüber informiert.

Man konnte mir dann keine wirkliche Lösung bieten. Andere Hotels waren deutlich teurer oder ausgebucht, sodass ich hier auch nicht wirklich eine Chance hatte auszuweichen. Man bot mir zwar ein Gratis-Frühstück und ein Gespräch mit dem Manager am nächsten Tag an. Dieser war allerdings nicht aufzufinden.

Per Mail versprach er mir 20 Prozent Rabatt. Auf diese Rückzahlung warte ich allerdings seit Monaten. Auf meine Nachfragen, wann die Rückzahlung kommt, wurde zunächst geantwortet, man bräuchte noch Daten von mir. Nachdem ich diese geschickt habe, kommen aber mittlerweile nicht mal mehr Antworten auf weitere Nachrichten.

Alles in allem ist der Service aus meiner Sicht also absolut enttäuschend. Es kann immer passieren, dass etwas nicht funktioniert. Ein solcher Umgang damit macht aus meiner Sicht aber das Problem.

Angenehmes Zimmer, sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Parksituation etwas bescheiden. Parkhaus voll (ohnehin mit 19 Euro / Tag sehr teuer) - sollten uns einen Parkplatz im Quartier suchen. Hat zwar geklappt, mussten jedoch etwas suchen.
