Very hip stay with great service
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at RUZ and would 100% recommend it. We were particularly impressed by the service. Ugur at reception helped us and recommended amazing restaurants that we loved. He was super friendly and welcoming. He made out stay extra great.

The actual building is very cool. The rooms are nicely designed and there's a nice rooftop bar and restaurant that has a great vibe.

Cons:

The AC in our room didn't work great so we were a bit warms

Nice clean hotel to party around
Pros:

It is clean
It has character and great interiors design
It is around plenty of bars and restaurants
Staff in general were friendly and helpful

Cons:

It is on the top lf the tower hill and walking up there after a long day is tough- (get a taxi for that part ! )
Room was a bit dark with limited natural light entry - front rooms may be better but use earplugs as is a party area

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Very centrally located, easy to get around. Sidan and staff very kind and helpful. Room was modern and very comfortable. Not big but has everything you need. Breakfast on roof was wonderful.

Pros:

I was in Istanbul in May for a conference and was traveling alone. The hotel was very good, clean, enough spacious for one person. The location was perfect, and the staff amazing. I would like to thank Duygu, Eren, Uğur and Sinan who made me feel so welcome, and helped with all my needs, from the airconditioner in the room, to arranging airport taxi and carry my bags. Thank you!

Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo!!
Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico di quattro notti. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata l’accoglienza: tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. L’hotel è molto bello, con un design curato e un’atmosfera elegante. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni di Istanbul.

Sfeervol hotel
Pros:

Mooi en sfeervol boetiekhotel op een goede locatie. Receptie, en dan specifiek Sinan, was top! Zo gastvrij en behulpzaam. Zo maak je het niet vaak mee.

Cons:

Ontbijt was geen buffet maar keuze van een kaart. Kwalitatief was het redelijk goed, maar erg beperkte keuze. Als je niet van eieren houdt, waren er maar 2 opties. Het uitserveren van het ontbijt duurde erg lang. Het ontbijt is acceptabel bij een verblijf van 1-2 dagen. Bij een langer verblijf begint het te storen en te vervelen. Het zwembad is wel erg klein ;)

Ruz is the place to stay!
Pros:

What wasn’t to love?!
Location was fantastic, the area had such an atmosphere. But once you closed the balcony doors to sleep - you weren’t disturbed by the ongoing of outside. The staff were amazing! The decor was quirky and completely in theme throughout. The beds were comfy and the shower was roomy. Breakfast on the terrace was both delicious and scenic! Highly recommend

Das Hotel ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze hotel einen wirklich sehr schönen Stil. Der Service ist sehr zu vorkommende. Die Betten sind angenehm weich. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer wird täglich tip top gereinigt! Für Stadtbesichtigungen kann ich das Hotel klar empfehlen! Die Lage ist top! Es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die rooftop Bar ist mega und auch das Rooftop Restaurant ist sehr stilvoll und das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück ist erstklassig.
