- Le personnel à la réception était bête
- Les frais cachés : vous serez chargés $27 USD par NUIT pour les « frais de service », qui donnent accès breuvages/collations (gratuités), le Wifi, et l’accès à la terrasse extérieure et au gym. Évidemment, vous serez chargés même si vous ne profitez pas des « gratuités »!
-L’hôtel est à environ 50 minutes de subway des quartiers prisés (midtown, soho, lower manhattan)
-La télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre
-L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier latin, et les nuits peuvent être très bruyantes

No streaming services on the tv and also the phones did not work

No free breakfast, mini fridge that hardly fits anything, no sofa in the room, no coffee or coffee machine

La ubicación esta en un barrio que no es seguro y alejado del centro, literalmente podrías salir de la puerta del hotel y avanzar un poco y ver jeringuillas de gente que la usaba para drogarse si caminabas por la acera del frente podías observar a gente consumiendo drogas en medio de la calzada. El primer día al llegar al alojamiento mientras estaba fuera una persona me increpo diciendo que le diese un cigarro. Mi aire dejo de funcionar y no enfriaba solicite que me lo arreglasen y empezó a enfriar pero a partir de ese momento el aire funciona intermitente es decir se para y funcionaba solo durante unos minutos y se apagaba también el chromecast de la habitación no funcionaba y al informar de esto para que se arreglase la solución que me dieron fue que no funcionaba. Ademas recibí un cobro de 50 dólares por entregar la tarjeta a las 11 y 35. También te retienen 75 dólares por día que te quedes lo cual no se informa en ningún lado al hacer la reserva y ademas de esos 75 se quedan con 23 dólares porque si te dan unas tarjetas para eso que te cobran que puedes usar para cafés o bolsas de doritos que son cosas que cuestan 3 dólares.

En resumen no recomiendo la estancia en este hotel y no la volveré a repetir nunca.

Had a problem with my room and they still haven’t resolved anything related to a credit back to me because of the inconvenience from the room.

There was no breakfast and the distance from the hotel to down town was too far.

I would like to explain why I am dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.

I paid for a room that I was ultimately unable to use as intended. I had to leave the hotel after only a few hours because the room was uncomfortably hot due to the air conditioning not working. Despite this, I was expected to pay a significant amount for a stay that I could not enjoy.

What is most disappointing is that I later learned the hotel was already aware that the air conditioning in that room was not working, yet I was still assigned that room without being informed. Had I known about the issue before check-in, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

I also feel disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my complaint. I have sent multiple follow-up messages and have not received a response.

I hope my case can be reviewed fairly, as I do not believe I should be charged almost the full amount for a room that was not fit for an overnight stay.

Delay at check in because although I had booked and paid for a double room, we had been allocated a room with bunk beds on the system. The guy on reception realised the error and managed to fix it but it still meant a longer wait when all we wanted to do after a long day travelling and dealing with the time difference from the UK was to get to the room.
