Great location, it was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
O atendente Léo é muito atencioso e solicito . Os mimos oferecidos como vinho do Porto e balinhas na recepção , no quarto os pastéis de nata , café , água e chá são perfeitos para quem chega de voo longo . E a água a disposição dos hóspedes é outro ponto positivo .

From the moment we arrived the staff was more than helpful with everything we needed! The room was clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Thanl you so much for everything. We hope that one day we ll be coming back!
Posizione staff gentilissimo hotel nuovo e accogliente, al arrivo nonostante fossimo arrivati presto ci hanno dato un altra stanza e fatto fare il check in senza alcun problema. Molto gentili e disponibili anche per la cucinare la pappa alla mia bimba

Ottima posizione per esplorare la città, personale disponibile, gentile e sempre sorridente. Buona colazione, camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Gatnde attenzione per i clienti.

NOTHING. There was an extreme amount of construction, totally surrounding this property – to the point that the taxi driver and two other construction helpers could not even find the entrance to the hotel.
One outlet in the whole unit and that’s it. No air-conditioning. Overhead cam light falling out of its hole. Very thin, bear towels. And… Not cheap. This was an expensive room. I chose it because the reviews actually said 9/10 – wonderful. This was actually a shock.
