Wi-Fi didn’t work and no hot water

We didn't have WiFi as wouldn't connect no television as the antenna was not working,cold water for the shower even when putting the switch on to heat up the water bed was uncomfortable

The television and WiFi were not working after repeated requests it was not fixed

No hay personal, ni recepción, ni nadie que pueda ayudarte si tienes algún problema. No hay ventilación. No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción. El acceso, como no hay personal, es complejo. La almohada es regular. Encontramos varias arañas.

Loud screeching noises through the night outside yet to be identified!

When turned the television on there was no signal, so was a bit disappointed .

The WiFi was weak and we couldn’t work out how to access the TV channels

Dirty fan blew dust everywhere, beds rock solid and towels frayed and not enough of them. when we arrived key wasn’t in lock box (cleaner had forgotten to put them in). Whole entry system a bit of a faff and the location was further down Leith walk than we were expecting.

Hadde fått beskjed elektronisk at kl.14:00, en time før innsjekking at jeg skulle få motta en melding om kode for ytterdøra og neste nøkkelbox. Men det skjedde ikke. Jeg ventet og ventet. Til slutt ringte jeg oppgitt nummer. Kom ikke da heller. Ringte og spurte igjen, så endelig. Hvorfor så vanskelig 🥵Rommet ok. Wifi helt ubrukelig. Kom ikke på nettet i det hele tatt. Og uten wifi heller ikke signal. Nei dette overnattingstedet blir ikke brukt av meg mer

So first 2 days no internet or tv, on details of the room says it has cable tv no cable at all that tv is not even compatible for areal 😅, double bed it sure is 2 single beds put together normally it’s 2 bases and one mattress nope 2 single beds tired to each other, fir cleaning it’s bad, I don’t think under the bed has been touched in about 3 years there was crisp wrappers under and all other rubbish.

also when I contacted them by message saying there is not internet they didn’t respond and then found out we couldn’t even watch cable tv as there is not cable for areal, so I contacted them saying the tv is useless, still not response, so the 2nd day I forgot the key I left in the room, and I had to call them.
so I called first ring did not go though had to call again, they then answered and did help me back in the room but soon as they knew it was me about the internet they then said over the call saying we trying fix the internet, so why did they leave me on read it shows they read my message but didn’t want reply, this was room 1 at the front of the property
The building it self felt like a hostel never again

The television didn't work and was expensive for one night and we couldn't get into the room until 3pm and then checkout was 10am , personally would be better if later in the day.
