More training needed
Pros:

Bed is comfortable. Location is 12 to 15 mins walk from Champ De Mars station and Old Town. Many bus stations nearby convenient to many places of attractions..

Cons:

1. We are a couple but given a wheelchair access room which is huge but toilet shower area doesn't have a curb. The floor beyond the shower curtain gets wet.
2. We stayed for 3 nights, our room was not made up on 2nd day. Towels were not replaced, trash were not cleared and bed not made. When called the Reception, the staff said that becos we did not inform the housekeeper to clean the room thus it was not cleaned. It is ridiculous, we have never experienced this in other hotels that we have to look for the housekeeper to make the room. When we left the room we didn't see any housekeeping staff and we didn't have the DND card hung on the door.
3. Reception staff has minimum initiative to give directions to station, bus stop or amenities around the premises.

Nice, cozy, centrally located hotel, needs more lights
Pros:

The room was cozy, The bed was comfortable, the room had an amazing view of the water front and Farris wheel, it was very close to everything, the pool was very nice

Cons:

The rooms were very dim and didnt have enough lighting, our phone was broken and kept dropping calls to reception and at one point it wouldn’t stop beeping andwe had to unplug it and put it away, there were a lot of bugs(moths?) around the pool/rooftop deck at night

Awesome hotel right in old Montreal. Steps from old port!

Une phrase non, deux mots simplement SUPER et MERCI
Pros:

Tout et en particulier le personnel à l’accueil…..super
L’aide apportée pendant tout le séjour, aussi à l’hôtel qu’à
nous donner des conseils pour les visites, l’exploration, garder nos bagages, le valet pour la voiture etc etc….super.

Cons:

Rien.
Il n’y a rien de parfait dans ce monde mais c’était bien près.

Very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean, quiet, convenient. Great location for walking to Old Montreal. The restaurant is great. We enjoyed our stay very much.
