Hotel eigener Parkplatz. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7.OG mit Blick auf den Fluss - ein Traum. Sehr bequemes Bett. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr schönes Bad mit weichen Handtüchern und Bademantel. Dachterrasse mit Pool und tollen Blick auf die Skyline. Frühstücksangebot okay. Tische etwas zu klein. Personal könnte etwas aktiver sein (Teller abräumen). Personal sehr freundlich. Man erhält jederzeit kleine Wasserflaschen am Empfang. 5 Gehminuten zum Pier.

Pros:

Hervorragende Lage in Vieux Montréal, bequeme Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant im Hotel integriert, angenehmer Aufenthaltsbereich im Innenhof

Cons:

Fehlerhafte Restaurantrechnung beim Checkout (statt 15% wurden 115% Trinkgeld eingesetzt), aber nach Reklamation wurde korrekt abgebucht.

Amazing stay ! Would book again !
Pros:

Every staff that I interacted with was not only professional but also very helpful and amicable.
I got a personal call to let me know that the room was ready before official check-in.
I had help from the staff to unload my luggage from my car at check-in and also load back in the car at check-out.
The room was not only exceptional but also had an amazing view of the old port of Montreal.
The rooftop pool was delightful and also had a breathtaking view of old Montreal.

Cons:
