Exceptional value for money—highly recommended!

Loved the large room, the polite staff, the great breakfast and the cleanliness of the property.

Cons:

Why has the hotel not installed a glass / plastic shower curtain in the bathrooms? The shower wets the entire bathroom, creating a mess.

A pleasant stay but disappointing follow-up
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The hotel is a decent place, with well-equipped guest rooms and clean facilities. The staff are generally helpful and courteous. The breakfast offers a good spread, with a nice variety of delicious food and proactive serving personnel. Overall, it is a hotel that I will recommend.

Cons:

However, my experience after checking out was disappointing. I had inadvertently left behind a cloth bag containing a cushion. I called the hotel three times after leaving, and on each occasion a different member of the front office staff assured me that they would check and call me back within five minutes. Unfortunately, none of them ever returned my call.

While the stay itself was enjoyable, this lack of follow-up and accountability was disappointing. A hotel’s service should extend beyond checkout, particularly when a guest is seeking help to recover a forgotten personal belonging.

Pros:

Staff behaviour was exemplary , they ensured that the stay was great and we had so issues. I would recommend people travelling to Indore to pick up this hotel.

Cons:

The washroom ceiling was leaking but since we did not stayed much in the room considering we had long travels it did not matter much. And the AC temperature was not easy to adjust but nevertheless the stay was not impacted.

Pros:

Location is very good. Breakfast also good. Specially hotel service is good and quick. I loke the cleanliness. It is very comfortable. This was my second visit in this year. Want to keep coming back here.
