Pros:

The steps have been extremely helpful and courteous and polite, only the breakfast buffet could have been definitely a bit better. Rest, everything else was absolutely beautiful, and very, very comfortable.

The Food was to be very honest, okay, okay.

We came at Novotel chandigarh for many times and always had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive.
I would especially like to commend Mr.Ram , who was absolutely outstanding. he was extremely helpful and very customer-oriented throughout our Dining.

Novotel is novel to stay
Pros:

It's a five star property. We visited it last year in the month of September. The property is huge and located right at the tribune chowk. Rooms were good, but no balcony was there. Food was good. Some premium porsche cars were also at the display near the reception. May be it was for sales purpose. But the premium cars were dashing. We stayed overnight. It was good experience
