Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed comments: many guests describe the hotel as very clean and orderly, but several reports note housekeeping issues (hair on walls, odd cleaning practices), so cleanliness is slightly below target.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised: multiple guests highlight very attentive, friendly and helpful staff (specific shout-outs), luggage assistance and flexible service, supporting a higher-than-average score.
Location
9.3
Repeatedly noted as excellent and very well located for visitors; numerous guests cite location as a main positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms praised for comfortable beds and recent renovation, but there are drawbacks: some rooms lack windows, are small, noisy or have limited lighting—net slightly below target.
Amenities
6.6
Several practical shortcomings: no/limited parking, no elevator for some guests, slow elevator when present, erratic hot water, Wi‑Fi key issues and no dedicated meeting space—amenities score is noticeably lower.
Value for Money
7.4
Mixed signals: many find the hotel comfortable and well-located, but some guests feel price is high relative to limited breakfast and amenity shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Breakfast is repeatedly described as simple/tasty but limited in variety (continental/basic, few options, no juices), so F&B is adequate but not strong.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall impressions trend positive: multiple 'excellent', 'recommended' and 'exceptional' comments reflecting good stays despite specific issues; overall experience rated above target to balance negative points elsewhere.

Pros:

The staff was awesome, always welcoming! And the location is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room had no windows, so no natural light. And after staying for 5 days, I could feel the dust in the air.
