Quick, simple, and good experience for the price
Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean! Really nice place for the price! We were checked in by Christina and she was so cheerful and sweet, definitely will stay here again someday

The pool was cool.

Cons:

Thr room didnt have trash cans. Not all lights worked. Unable to control the ac temperature. Some of the towels were stained. Smelled like cigarettes

Very comfortable!
Pros:

The location is right next to Intuit Stadium, which is so convenient.

Cons:

I thought we would be able to park at the hotel, but there was no room and we had to park across the street and carry our bags across. We moved our car once we got out of the concert.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Cons:

There was mixup with our room where we were given 2 twin instead of 2 double for a family of 4 and the customer service was terrible in helping us through that problem

Pros:

Location was fine, but proximity to airport and bad sound isolation meant every plane was very loud.

Cons:

Thin walls and our room was close to the check in counter, where 2 employers were chatting really loudly during their night shift, could not sleep well.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Stayed here for one night only since we were attending the World Cup.

Pros:
Proximity to the football stadium is great. We walked maybe 15 minutes or so and were at the stadium gate. It is walking distance from Starbucks and several restaurants. Yes there is a lot of homeless, but we felt fine walking back from a movie at 10pm with our kids. The balcony overlooking the pool was cute. The room was very updated and clean. Low beds. Very firm mattress, mediocre pillows. Roomy shower! We did valet and the staff was very nice. They also stored our luggage furring the game.

Cons:
The airport sound is there, but they did have a white noise machine to use. We brought our own and I could barely hear but a couple of planes. The shopping center across the way has no shops open! It must be brand new. We ate at the grill at the casino (walking distance) it was so delicious. The biggest set back was the automatic light that came on when you walk in the bathroom because there is a window to the bedroom area, and it lit up the entire room when someone walked in to the restroom - and there is no way to shut that feature off. I recommend covering it with some painters tape if you have the space in your luggage.

The price is double what you will pay to stay closer to the airport; however, this hotel gets you out of having to deal with the infamous LA traffic and finding parking. I’d stay here again out of convenience if I were attending a sporting event or concert in this area.
