Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center. I was so happy to come back and stay here again after finishing my trek.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the takeaway breakfast package had included a bottle of water. At a three-star hotel I stayed at in Lima, the breakfast package included both juice and bottled water.

Einziger Mangel: Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster in einen Lichtschacht ohne Sicht ins Freie.

No nos quedó de otra una vez pagado el servicio.
Pros:

El desayuno entre regular y bueno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, las camas, no hay donde poner la ropa, los dispensadores de shampo y jabón del baño, la habitación sin ventilación natural (ventanas selladas e interiores).

Good value , worth the extra cost
Pros:

Friendly clean excellent buffet breakfast , 24/7 hot water for coca/muno tea on lobby, filtered water machine in lobby, 3 minute walk to chabad house.

Cons:

It is short walk to centre but nothing to worry about

Pros:

Es un hotel que está a 10 minutos de la plaza principal de Cusco. El hotel es lindo y el personal excelente. Debo reconocer que el restaurante del hotel es espectacular, muy buen chef y muy ricas comidas con una muy linda presentación.

Propreté, dejeuner variés

Cons:

Pas de bouteille eau ni plateau infusion ( eau chaude dans entree de hotel), le personnel qui ne comprend pas suffisamment anglais a acceuil ( du coup demandes compliquees) et pas suffisamment ńombreux ( ou vigilents..) en salle de petits dejenuers pour veiller a ce que les corbeilles soient remplies ou debarasser les assiettes et tasses vides au fur et mesure..

I would stay here again. Great staff and good value

Staff were amazing

Cons:

Fire alarm went off multiple times one night making sleeping difficult. The heat did not come on until 5:00 pm and I was cold. No flexibility around getting heat earlier was problematic.
