Hotel agradable y tranquilo a unos minutos del centro
Pros:

Muy tranquilo y agradable con su patio central. Buenas instalaciones y calidad-precio. El personal gestionó el traslado del equipaje a otro hotel del mismo grupo para la vuelta de Machu Picchu.

Lieber nach anderen Alternativen schauen. Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis definitiv nicht.

Man hat sich schnell und unkompliziert um den Flughafentransport gekümmert.

Cons:

Aus meiner Sicht ist es unerklärlich, wie dieses Hotel vier Sterne haben kann. Wir hatten dort nur eine Transfernacht, waren dennoch sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel.

Im Vorfeld wollte man uns ohne Angabe von Gründen in ein anderes Hotel mit drei Sternen umbuchen. Erst nach Protest wurde die Umbuchung zurückgenommen.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit so genanntem „Courtyard-Blick“. Damit ist der Innenhof des Hotels gemeint, wo sich der Aufgang, Aufzug und Restaurant befindet. Keine Fenster ins Freie, Fenster mit Vorhängen direkt auf den Gang. Die Wände, Fenster und Türen sind so dünn, dass man alles (also wirklich alles) von den umliegenden Zimmern, dem Restaurant und den Gängen hört.

Neben dem Bad befindet sich der Abluftschacht für die Küche, so dass es im Bad bei der Öffnung das Fensters nach Essen riecht.

Das Zimmer und auch das Bett sind super klein, es gibt kaum bis keine Ablageflächen - waren aber sauber.
Das Personal konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen und sprach nur sehr schlecht Englisch.

Die Lage ist im Vergleich zu gleichwertigen Hotels in Cusco eher schlecht und befindet sich nicht innenstadtnah. Ich würde dort auf keinen Fall noch mal buchen und kann mir nicht erklären, wie die positiven Rezensionen zu Stande kommen.

Pros:

El alojamiento cumple con lo que ofrece. Limpio y buen desayuno.

Cons:

La ubicación si bien es cercana a la plaza no es la mejor, de noche no es turístico como otros barrios y pareciera más peligroso.

Excelente hotel...impecable cómodo amplias habitaciones personal excelente..un desayuno muy completo

Si bien esta a 4 cuadras de la plaza de armas es un poco en subida... solo para aclarar pero lo demás todo excelente

Overall, I had a great stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Cusco.
Pros:

Well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Comfortable stay. Walking distance into town and San Pedro train station. Cheap Uber ride to airport.

Cons:

The rooms are fairly close together and located near the front desk. I initially thought this might be an issue for noise, but I didn't experience any problems during my stay.

Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e com atendimento impecável. Ficaria no hotel novamente. Quando tínhamos passeios com saídas antes do café da manhã, recebíamos um pacote com produtos para dejejum. Sempre tínhamos chás para vencer a altitude.

Cons:

Como a cidade é de muitas montanhas, a localização era um pouco distante da Praça das Armas. Para alguns passeios, a agência de turismo nos faziam ir até a Praça e nos deixavam na Praça. Isso gerou um pouco de cansaço já que os passeios eram cansativos. Apesar de várias colchas, o aquecimento do quarto era fraco,

Staff were very helpful and kind. Location was great.

Cons:

Two things - one of the first rooms we were in was an interior room, and it was on the dark side and no way to get some air in through windows. It was also a bit noisy. The deck d room we had (suite), was much better.

It would also be good to have a bit more seating just to relax, all the downstairs seating is for the restaurant, which was never full and you couldn’t bring in a pizza, for example, and eat it outside of you room.
