Pros:

elnpersonal es muy amable

Cons:

ubicación y principalmente el ruido, tiene un problema grave. Con suerte uno puede descansar de 1 am a 4 am, porque después el ruido de maletas en los pasillos, las habitaciones poco aisladas (escuchaba hasta lo que pensaban las habitaciones cercanas)

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hotel Hacienda Cusco! The property beautifully captures the authentic colonial charm and character of the city, making the stay feel incredibly unique. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. There is always filtered water to fill up your bottles and free cocoa tea all day long . It is also equipped with oxygen . The restaurant and the daily breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a delicious variety of fresh options and authentic flavors to start the morning right.The location is excellent—safe and within short walking distance to major attractions, local markets, and great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a beautiful atmosphere in Cusco!

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche an die Zimmer stellt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal - leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster, was doch etwas bedrückend war. Dennoch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, dunkel, kein Fenster, nur Lüftungsschacht.

Ottima soluzione a buon prezzo per Cusco
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione nel centro storico di Cusco, ho soggiornato due notti, non ho potuto usufruire della colazione perché le nostre escursioni partivano all'alba, ma ci hanno dato la colazione da asporto. Pulito e comodo per girare la città, confortevoli anche i letti.

Do hotel não há o que reclamar. Tudo ótimo.

Cons:

Da localização. Apesar de não estar longe da Praça de Armas, fica numa Calle onde não se pode estacionar. Isso dificulta o embarque e desembarque, porque circulam muitos coletivos que ficam buzinando sem parar.
